The Chiefs have a history of choking in the playoffs, especially at home, and Andy Reid also has a history of making really bad coaching decisions that tend to hurt his teams and contribute to one and done runs. Mahomes and the Chiefs also haven't looked as good in their last few games compared to how they were blasting away opponents in the first half of the season. Losing Hunt due to him being a piece of shit hurt them, too.
To quote my man Stugotz. "Do it in the postseason. Buh."
They lost 3 of their last 6. And their losses? Rams, Chargers, Patriots, Seahawks. While the Seahawks are out, to win it all, they're going to have to go through at least 1 of the teams they've lost to, potentially 2 if the Rams make the Superbowl Does it mean they're doomed? Absolutely not....but it's not wrong for people to feel like they've gotta prove themselves Gotta think Mahomes would be better the second time around...also the Chargers have beaten the Chiefs once in like 5 years.

And he very well might be. But again, it's not all on him. The defense needs to be something other than terrible in order for them to make it.

They do have a pass rush and hopefully Berry can suck it up and be good for 3 games.

Also I would like to add...the Colts are 0-4 when teams score 30 points...it's a dome team on the road, good luck with that.

And all four of those losses were in the first six games of the season when they went 1-5 before hulking up the rest of the way.

Andrew Luck this year is what he’s always been- a frontrunning fraud who mops up bad teams but can’t beat the good teams. Are you parodying yourself?

It’s the next day, and my fan rage has calmed. Now I feel bad for Cody Parkey. That’s all that guy is ever going to be known for. I have no dog in the fight, but the way that the media is treating the guy is absolutely gross. He's the scapegoat for an offense that played like ass for most of the game. (They scored 15 points. 9 of those were off Parkey's foot) and a defense that completely folded on the last Philly go-ahead drive. There's also the part where the kick was tipped, something that was and still is largely ignored. Yeah, even though I'm still not sold on Parkey, that offense last night was bad. Trubisky goes 26/43 for 303 yards, but only one touchdown. And they only rush for 65 yards in that game on 18 carries. And you get in the redzone 3 times last night, and can only come away with 3 field goals? Granted, one was right at the end of the half, but c'mon.

I'm a big Colts fan. I think KC is demonstrably the better team, and I expect to lose. Colts are hot and if they pull it off it will be some high scoring affair with Reid being Reid, I think that's the only formula for a win tbh.

When the Patriots win the SB, Bama doesn't win the national title. When Bama wins the national title, the Pats do not win the SB. So the AFC fate might be in Clemson's hands. Bad News...…….Bama got annihilated tonight

I'd like to add this in the Colts hot streak, these are the QB's they faced...
Derek Anderson, Bills
Derek Carr, Raiders
Blake Bortles, Jaguars
Marcus Mariota/Blaine Gabbert, Titans
Ryan Tannehill, Dolphins
Cody Kessler, Jags (loss)
Deshaun Watson, Texans (twice)
Dak Prescott, Cowboys
Eli Manning, Giants
Blaine Gabbert, Titans
In a QB driven league...that is horrible.

Luck can't beat good teams? I seem to recall in 2013 he beat both teams that went to the Super Bowl that year (Broncos, Seahawks) and also the Colts destroyed the NFC runner up in San Francisco. The main team he just can't do anything against is the Patriots, but the Colts give up 40+ to them every time.
If nothing else the Colts winning last week at least set up some interesting stuff in the AFC. If Houston had won we know they would have gotten stomped at NE, though I guess Chiefs/Chargers III would have been decent.

The idea that either Indy or KC (depending on your rooting interest) stands no chance is hilariously misguided.
