Honestly it may not be any of those guys, I think it's more likely to be someone from NXT who goes for a quick salary bump who got tired of waiting for a call-up OR more likely anyone from 205 Live that isn't pushed that wants to stop being treated as second class citizen.

I cannot see Ziggler or Ryder ever leaving WWE for another company, they've had opportunities and stayed. They seem set to collect a check, enjoy catering, and work on their other hobbies.
Revival is interesting but I can see them sticking around because of Hunter and a revival on SDL on Fox if the "more sports" rumor is true.
The Good Brothers are interesting. They've worked with the Bucks and if they could get a decent offer from them I can see them jumping. Of course between this and NJPW's US expansion, their price probably just jumped.
Tye seems like a lock given his relationship with Cody and complete lack of any sort of real use on the main roster.
Almas and Metalik seem more likely to go back Mexico or NJPW.
Knowing if Jericho is involved or not would be big since I think he could talk a lot of guys over.

I feel like it could be someone we really don't expect. Like Mojo Rawley or something. Of all people?

Ziggler always gets painted with the “just happy to get paid” brush, but the dude was main eventing shows all year in 2018, and pretty much has been heavily in the mix always. He has a good gig and is used well, I could never imagine him leaving.

Of course someone will eventually jump, since there's always somebody who does when another promotion starts to get buzz. I'm just not entirely sure who or when that will be.

What about Kevin Owens? Good friend of The Bucks, rumors of not being happy with creative.

I guess, for me at least, it seemed like he spent a long time complaining about not being used right or things like that around his contract expiring in 2017 that it just leaves me with this feeling about him when it isn't the case it seems.

Tyler Breeze is looking like a likely candidate.
I could see someone in NXT making the jump, I'm surprised nobody else there tried to follow Juice's steps.

I know the "indies are thriving" etc but I really doubt anyone will leave just because I can't imagine they'll make more money than with WWE. I might be totally wrong since I know Cody says he made a load more but randomly going to a new start up seems risky even if you're not being used the way you want by WWE. AEW is backed by Tony Khan, whose family and himself are ridiculously wealthy. His father is one of the wealthiest people in the world. WWE low end contracts are $300k a year with no real upside, NXT only pays $50k a year for wrestlers with experience. I don't think they will have a problem topping that and when you include merch, which indie wrestlers completely control and can sell through Pro Wrestling Tees, making all of the profit. Then the fact that AEW will have a lighter schedule, it would be enticing for someone working on the low end of the WWE roster with no shot at moving up the card. Granted, this new company would have to be losing significant money in the upstart. They will need a strong television deal and exposure to survive. It also depends on how much Khan is willing to lose on this in the long term. So there are certainly a lot of what ifs on where things end up with this company.

Yeah I get it has a wealthy backer but we don't know how much he's willing to pay the wrestlers yet. Like Anthem's owner has a lot of money but all of Impacts wrestlers don't live in solid gold houses. And like you say it's all up in the air in terms of TV or PPVs etc. If it lasts 6 months and gets no ratings or buys and folds then what do you do? I guess it'll be a little clearer after their press conference but I'd be waiting to see how stable things are before jumping ship even though it would be exciting to get in on the ground floor. Random NXT guys maybe but leaving RAW/SD would be risky.

Not Dolph Ziggler. He'll bitch about his position and talk about going to AEW in social media but eventually signs an extended WWE contract.

The Revival have to. It's the match we've been building to for years.

Gallows/Anderson & Ziggler would be the only ones on that list I wouldn’t mind jumping ship. The rest of them I couldn’t care less about to be honest.

Sami Zayn signed a new contract too. I wonder how much he's regretting signing that contract now, since AEW wasn't even a thing in May. I seriously don't know how much of Owens dissatisfaction with his spot is him and how much is him working people. People can say that his resigning with the company shows he has no problem with how he's used, but I could also counter that he looked at the landscape at the time last year, saw that he didn't have many options, and decided to re-sign and wrap his career up in the E for his family. Now, he may be looking at AEW and his friends and he may be having buyer's remorse on the decision.

I think there are probably going to be quite a few NXT and 205 types who want out, depending on how their contract status is.
It kind of must suck to be Keith Lee right now, not really getting that big of a role yet because there's such a logjam at the top of the NXT roster, and getting jobbed to somebody whose controversy made it uncomfortable for a lot of people.
And still in the first year of his deal.
Whereas he probably would have been made a top guy right away (well, once they started running shows) if he signed with AEW.

Dillinger seems to be the most likely for me and by a good bit. Ryder and Ziggler are both lifers and are well liked by management in a "good hand" way so I don't see the company ever releasing them and I don't see either not resigning if their deal is due as I think both are more happy there then they lead on. How many times have we heard about Ziggler renewing his deal over the years whenever it's up even though he's apparently so disgruntled? Both of those guys to me are just all bark. Almas is starting to get pushed as it seems like they are now trying to make him happy with him apparently being disgruntled with how he's being used. Revival are in the tag title program and are being given "protected" losses. Mojo and Jose are guys I could see actually getting released as both seem to be big time in the dog house with how they've both been booked but even if they get the boot I don't see AEW picking them up as neither are workrate guys and wouldn't really fit it in.
Dillinger is a guy whose never featured much, doesn't seem to be that liked by management, is outspoken on social media about not being happy, and would fit in well as he's regarded as a good worker and has a following with IWC/smark fan base. Other then Mojo and Jose he's the only guy I could see them not feeling bad about letting go but unlike those two he's someone I could see AEW picking up. Honestly he's the only guy currently on the WWE roster I could see jumping ship.
