I am going with:
Colts over the Chiefs - I just don't trust Andy Reid. He is the Mike D'antoni of the NFL.
Rams over the Cowboys - This is a coin flip. I just think the Rams are a smidge more "complete" as a team.
Pats over the Chargers - I know NE doesn't look that good, but the "home field advantage" and experience might just push them over. I hope I am wrong though, I would absolutely LOVE it if the Chargers went all the way just to see what would happen in Los Angeles.
Saints over the Eagles - Another coin flip. Drew Brees just has too many weapons for the Eagles to overcome.

Colts - Think their hot streak continues and I can't trust Andy Reid teams in the playoffs Rams - Kind of gone under the radar after they were killing people early, they are the better team Chargers - This is with reluctance but I think Chargers can pull off the "upset" as you are banking on Pats being their usual selves at home Saints - Home field may be too much for Eagles to go through against Saints. New Orleans I think if they get past the game is the favorite for the Superbowl

Coming off of a 3-1 record after round one, here's how I see round 2
#6 Indianapolis Colts at #1 Kansas City Chiefs: Ugh. I've changed my mind on this one about 7 times in the last 2 days. KC has struggled down the stretch and their defense is an issue. But Mahomes is a friggin' stud and Arrowhead is a bitch to play in. Indy was white hot down the stretch and Luck is clearly back. However, they did fest on some bad teams. This is their biggest test, hands down. I can't decide.....welp.... *flips coin*
Indy 44 KC 41
#4 Dallas Cowboys at #2 Los Angeles Rams: As awesome as the Rams offense is, Gurley isn't 100% going in. Their defense is shaky. Dallas' defense is legit and their offense has been a different animal since the Cooper trade. Despite the win last week, I still have questions about Dak in prime time and they're on the road here. All that said, Dallas gives them a very formidable fight, but it won't be enough.
Rams 33 Dallas 28
#5 Los Angeles Chargers at #2 New England Patriots: The Chargers were the worst case scenario for the Patriots. They're awesome on the road. Solid defense. You gotta think Rivers is due. However, they didn't put the Ravens away on Sunday and as a result, almost coughed it up. The Patriots have the best coach/QB combo ever and Gillette a torture chamber for visitors this year. Their secondary is sneaky good, but their offense has been inconsistent and the defense has been trash against the run. This one should be fantastic. The end is near for the Pats' unparalleled run.....but it won't be this week.
Patriots 28 Chargers 24
#6 Philadelphia Eagles at #1 New Orleans Saints: The Saints might be the best team left. They're a monster at home. The Eagles, in the words of Matt Hardy....will...*not* die. Nick Foles has a deal with Satan. Screw it, I'm calling upset (and will probably look like an ass for doing so)
Eagles 27 Saints 24

I think this is going to be a classic "every 1 and 2 wins" setup. But if I had to bet on one upset, I'd pick the Chiefs shitting the bed.
I've seen "The UNBEATABLE CHIEFS ARE ON A HAWT STREAK!" way to many times in the last 30 years to buy stock in their winning.
I want the Chargers and Eagles to win but I wouldn't bet a single penny on Rivers. My argument with him is that he has the arm of a titan and the brain of a titmouse. He can't string the 3-4 elite games in a row against elite talent that it takes to win a Superbowl.
And the Eagles... I mean they play the Saints in the Dome. Good f#$@in' luck, you'll need it and then some.
Oh, and I hate the Cowboys. I hope the RAMS win 100 to nothing.

I'm baffled at the love for the Cowboys, especially on the road. The Rams should really steamroll them. As far as these games go, here goes...
Chiefs over Colts. The Chiefs are being branded chokers so much that I think they'll show up this time. Chargers over Patriots. It's do or die for Rivers. Win something. Saints over Eagles. Not the squash the first time but the Saints should win again. Rams over Cowboys. If L.A. can't win a single playoff game with a 1200 yard RB and two 1200 yard WRs then that is pretty sad.

Week 19
Chiefs over Colts. Even though I know Andy Reid is the new Marty Schottenheimer as it pertains to playoff success, I think it's finally time for the Chiefs to get a W. Of course, all of their defensive weaknesses play into the Colts' hands beautifully, but when faced with stiff competition, the Colts aren't necessarily a model of consistency either.
Patriots over Chargers. I hope like hell the opposite happens, but here are the facts. Brady's 7-0 vs. Rivers. The Chargers are going to the East Coast again, where temperatures will be between 20 and 30 degrees with snow possibly in the forecast, and they have a running game (Vital in the weather environment I just mentioned) that's nothing to write home about. Their saving grace is the combination of Bosa and Ingram making life miserable for Brady, which I'm not counting because, once again, it's the Chargers. Wouldn't be surprised if Belichick hitched their wagons to White, Michel and Burkhead to neutralize the edge rushers.
Cowboys over Rams. This is essentially my slam dunk pick. Rams can't stop the run worth a damn. Cowboys have the best RB in the playoff field. Zeke put a hurting on the Seahawks last week and should be fed quite well in the game as well. Rams are severely weakened from the squad we saw in Week 1-11 with their zenith being that HISTORIC Monday Night win vs. Chiefs. The Rams have had issues with tougher defenses, which the Cowboys have. Then there's the issue surrounding the health of Todd Gurley. By God, the Cowboys are going to be in the NFC Championship Game and it's going to suck the most ass possible.
Saints over Eagles. This is essentially Nick Foles' last stand. Saints at home with everyone at their disposal and the adherence that they bitchslapped the Eagles earlier this season. Yes, the Eagles have been much better since that defeat, but that secondary is still that secondary.

Went 1-3, with only the Colts... So I'm sticking with them.
I have Indianapolis, New England, the Rams, and New Orleans this weekend.

Thinking beat game of the weekend is Colts v. Chiefs... I think this could go either way but I’d lead more towards the home team. Indy has an offense that can keep up with KC and a better defense, also Mahomes hasn’t been there yet. Luck did go in and beat the seemingly unbeatable powerhouse Broncos under Manning a few years back in the playoffs. He’ll, Ive talked myself out of it... Colts win
New England doesn’t have a very good team. In fact I think it’s one of their weakest during this last 18 years. But they’re home... it’s been relatively warm here but it’ll be 20 degrees for game time. It’s an early game on the east coast, Patriots are rested and Chargers had to fight for their lives while doing everything in their power to not give the game away to Baltimore last week. Intangibles are way in the Pats favor.

Here's how I see pro football's elite eight playing out this weekend:
- Kansas City 38, Indianapolis 27: This has all the hallmarks of an upset. Indianapolis is riding a hot streak, the Chiefs haven't won a meaningful football game since two weeks before Christmas, and Kansas City has notorious postseason jitterbug Andy Reid at the helm. That said, I'm trusting the Chiefs' loaded passing game to light up the scoreboard more than Andrew Luck against Kansas City's woeful secondary. This won't replicate that classic Monday Night game between the Chiefs and Rams, but it won't be entirely too far off, either.
- Los Angeles Rams 27, Dallas 17: This game could largely hang on the status of Todd Gurley's knee, but even if he's close to 100 percent, the Cowboys' strength is in its run defense, so winning or losing could fall to Jared Goff's right arm. Meanwhile, Dallas' stout interior offensive line will be relied on to keep Dak Prescott clean as he's being pursued by the Rams' loaded front seven, including Aaron Donald, who may have a breakout performance in primetime national television this weekend.
- Los Angeles Chargers 24, New England 20: The Patriots could win if it snows. The Chargers could lose because they're traveling back and forth across the country. But those variables are the only things keeping hope alive as a Patriots fan. This year's Patriots team just isn't that talented, they're slow on defense, and the Chargers defense matches up pretty well with the Patriots' offensive weapons. Unless the Patriots' ground game can close in on 200 yards, the Chargers leave Foxboro with a win.
- New Orleans 34, Philadelphia 21: I keep saying this Eagles playoff run is coming to an end and each week they prove me wrong. I'm going to try it again. I can't imagine Philadelphia's putrid secondary going into the Superdome and shutting down Drew Brees and the Saints' passing game. This, finally, will be when the Eagles' run ends.

I thought the "AFC Finalist" banner was bad. Yet, somehow Indy didn't learn from it at all? You don’t get the point. That has been Reich’s mantra all season long. Nothing before this point counts and your goal in this game is to go 1-0 by winning. The players bought into from the start and now the fans have learned about it and asked for Colts 1-0 merchandise.

That's fair then. However, coming from a franchise that hung an "AFC finalist" banner in the stadium, you can surely understand where the mocking would come from and why it's bad optics to anyone who doesn't know the backstory.

It's done to hype up the team and its fans for the coming playoff game. I don't see the big deal. It'd only look bad if they were doing it well after the fact. Like they did with the AFC Finalist banner or if the Patriots hung up an 18-1 banner the season after losing Super Bowl XLII.
