On a 1-10 scale, my conference championship game excitement is at a 1. Could you manage to make a point once, instead of 9 goddamn times? We get it. You're salty because you hate New England. Stop being a child about it

Nothing says having "1 out of 10" levels of excitement like posting about the games 17 times

I picked the Chargers but looking at it now I have no idea why. Wishful thinking I guess. But NE went undefeated at home this year and only the Chiefs even gave them any sort of good game there. I guess the Texans only lost by 7 there but they were down 2 TDs most of the game.
The Chargers weren't an especially good 12-4 kind of team, probably more like a 10-6 team. Beat the Niners by 2 points. Had a 1 point win over Tennessee. Staggered past the Bengals with Jeff Driskel by 5. They had some very good wins at Seattle and KC, but there's little in their resume that would actually suggest they could beat the Patriots on the road. They were basically like a 12-4 Jaguars team that would get slaughtered playing at Foxborough. By the way, since announcers and a lot of other people slip and keep calling them San Diego I nominate we just follow Demolition Man and call the team the San Angeles Chargers.

On a 1-10 scale, my conference championship game excitement is at a 1. Dude, if we got Colts/Chargers, you'd be bitching about how Indianapolis was propped up with lucky break after lucky break, thanks to Andy Reid being a historical flop in the playoffs and how overrated Andrew Luck is, while somehow saying that Phillip Rivers "got lucky" against New England. Even if the Patriots lost, you'd find something to complain about. Just spare me this.

I’ would have put up with Colts-Chargers and Cowboys-Eagles.

Do it again and you won't be back until the day after the Super Bowl, if at all. And let me add, no one goad him into it or you'll get a similar punishment.

I feel dirty to cheer for a division rival but I pick the Chiefs to win. For the NFC, I pick the Saints.

Everyone was talking about the Chiefs choking against the Colts and Reid going FULL REID, that nobody really talked about the fact that Rivers was 0-7 against Tom Brady and New England prior to Sunday's game.

See I am a Colts fan but I just kinda felt it was too obvious that the Chiefs might tank again in a home playoff game. Colts really weren't that great of a team this year and just had no way of beating KC. The game wasn't going to be low scoring, so a repeat of the 1995 game was out (10-7 in frigid weather). Colts couldn't really score enough to get into a wild 41-38 shootout so a repeat of the 2003 playoffs was out. I figured it would be like 35-24.
