He f***ing knew he'd have use for that mask again someday That's what's so funny to me. This shit stemmed from a house show loop angle that the majority of the audience never saw and yet, Big Match John knew that it was important to keep the mask laying around somewhere because he'll need it again at some point. I like to think he packs that mask and leaves it in his bag for just in case.

Juan Cena never making air is one of my great wrestling disappointments.

Juan Cena never making air is one of my great wrestling disappointments. And then you finally get it, sorta, the week of your birthday. How's that for a present?

Everything that happened with the Nexus after their SummerSlam lose was f**king stupid It’s ironic, that ppv was the first step turning Bryan into a star but it was at the expense of Nexus. You make it sound like it was an either/or option. Wasn't Bryan eliminated mid-way through the match and Cena won after being DDT'd on the concrete?

He was picked as the mystery final member of Team Cena and got the pop of the night. He eliminated members of Nexus and lasted almost all the way. If Summerslam 2010 was the death of Nexus, it was the beginning of Daniel Bryan and he hasn’t looked back.

Yeah that sucked and killed what could’ve been the greatest storyline of the decade probably second only to the pipebomb. Edge claims that they begged the office not to have Cena win. Unfortunately the opposite happened.

(And the higher ups always seemed to have some kind of lack of faith in Wade Barrett as a star for some reason). . Wade's terrible matches with everyone save for Cena really soured them on him as a top guy.

Wade's terrible matches with everyone save for Cena really soured them on him as a top guy. His matches with Orton at that time were pretty miserable. That and Miz still having the briefcase probably held him back a bit. If MITB wasn't around Barrett may have got the belt towards the end of the year.
