John Cena in 2008. I thought he was really cool when I started watching again in 2006, and one day in 2008 I just suddenly realized "wow this guy is pretty lame." It was around the time he feuded with JBL, and we remember the limo incident..
Funny thing is, I became a big fan again when I was a little older, when he was feuding with The Rock. He took everything Rock said about him in stride and was like "yeah whatever I'm kid friendly and I wear bright colors." Hell, he even took the Fruity Pebbles insult and got a sponsorship out of it lmao.
I think me disliking him for a few years had a lot to do with being an edgy teenager and being introduced to the IWC.
Another one is Dolph, when I realized all his promos are "I am here every single night putting on THE BEST SHOW" You should be talking about winning matches, not how good you sell dude.

Any time a cool heel turns face and starts pandering to the crowd or becoming a bad standup comedian.
Seriously Vince cannot book faces. Some of them in NXT are okay but on the main roster? Trash.

I mean, this one was just a few days ago, but Braun Strowman flinching over a 7000 year old Vince McMahon was the most hilarious shit I've ever seen and not in a good way. You couldn't have killed him any harder. Especially since it wasn't too long ago that Kevin Owens straight up head butted Vince and then kicked the shit out of him after being fairly cowardly beforehand.

When Sandow cut his first promo in TNA. That broke a lot of our hearts. If you check out the thread when he got fired, a lot of people were angry that he didn’t get a fair shot. Well he got an opportunity in tna to prove the wwe wrong, and it may be one of the most embarrassing performances of the decade.

Rock. the flamethrower bit.
Paul Heyman. Right after the Goldberg feud was over and he just did the exact same promo every time.
Davey Richards. That nxt match. He might’ve also ruined Eddie Edwards’ chances at ever working in the wwe.
Ric Flair. Making fun of his alcoholism in tna.
Dusty Rhodes. Turning heel and joining the nWo. It should’ve been a legendary moment because he was one of the biggest and most beloved heroes dating back to JCP, unfortunately he just came across as an old man trying to act cool and failing.

Initially, yeah, especially since it felt like the vests were meant to hide that he wasn't really in great shape when he came back. I feel like the Big Evil heel turn was when he shone the most as Bikertaker, though, being more in shape and showing more personality. That, and his feud with Hogan was hilarious. Between dragging him super slowly for what felt like ages, and him manipulating the situation to have Triple H lose the title belt to Hogan, only for Undertaker to easily beat Hogan for it not long after, was a delight. Also fun was stuff like his look of horror when Dreamer drank from his spit cup. Yeah that's what I meant with redeeming himself it was a rough 2000 and some of 2001 for me, I liked the moment with JR as well "you think your better then me?" I loved that it fed into some of the common threads through Undertaker's career in WWF, such as his loyalty during the Monday Night Wars, pretty much everything in 1999 including his promo as Mark Calloway, etc, to tie it into a coherent package.

Cena: JBL is Poopy / Y2Cheap / Kurt Angle is a Ham Sandwich (whichever came first, the rest just froze me out of ever liking the dude again, holds to this day)
Roman: Sufferin Succotash Son/Tater Tots/Beanstalk (whichever came first, the rest just froze me out of ever liking the dude again, juries out since he may come back like a badass now that Vince is actually listening to the audience)
Bayley: This is your life/won't use violence in a wrestling match (she's slowly starting to come back around)
I had all but given up on Roderick Strong after his "goodbye/wink" promo he did to Bobby Roode. He's slowly winning me back but god is he a horrible actor/promo.
Recently: Braun backing away from Vince and acting all nervous. That killed him worse for me than any shitty booking in the last year/year and a half.
There might be more, but those are off the top of my head.

Controversial one here... but Biker Taker, at the time it just felt the Dead Man was going through a midlife crisis on camera, he redeemed himself later though and his insistence on continuing to wrestle even though he's held together with glue feels like a midlife crisis all over again lol while I still have respect for him as a person, watching CM Punk get knocked on his ass in UFC twice killed a lot of his mystique for me as a wrestler.

"I hope you die in a car wreck!"
The moment someone sees his chances of ever rising above the lower-midcard die in a promo wreck.

Roddy is actually an example of me going the other way with a wrestler. Always thought he was a total goober until he joined the Undisputed Era.

Finn Balor likes to play with Lego. Why they thought that would help someone want to watch him fight I'll never know. I don't know why it affected me so much but he instantly went from one of my favourites to not caring about him at all since

I felt Savage became uncool when he first joined the board cast team after his WM 7 loss and still leaned towards the heels a little bit

The Rock during his return from Hollywood face run for the "Once... err, Twice in a Lifetime" match vs. Cena trying so hard to get several new 'catchphrases' over while having notes on his forearm.
Cena - the first time he wasn't extremely corny in several years at that point - straight buried Rocky's whole shtick with the "I bring it (via satellite)" line!

Dean Ambrose's current heel run. Really the doctor stuff and the you people rubbish more than anything but he's just so uncool at the moment. X-Pac's heel turn on Kane to pretty much killed his coolness. But him continuing to wear DX colours in late 2000, which was pointed out by Jericho, didn't help either. Granted, I didn't watch much WWE last year, but Ambrose's whole singles run he has come off as way less cool than when he was in The Shield. He seemed like an effortless loose cannon, but almost just another guy now. Still a great talent, but just doesn't come off as a big deal. Also, the easy answer is Macho Man in late WCW. He didn't seem as cool in 97/98 but he was still himself despite aging. But when he came back in 2000 I wanna say.....just really sad.

That Dean Ambrose segment with the mannequin. That was when I knew he’d be booked horribly as a singles guy. A guy with all that talent and ability to cut promos and you have him doing a comedy bit with a Seth Rollins RealDoll.

Dolph Ziggler during his "whine about putting on the best match every night even though he always loses said match" phase really killed what remaining enthusiasm I had for him.

Definitely the bit with Braun flinching away from Vince this past Monday, he’s flipped over ambulances and limos and he is supposed to be afraid of Vince, I can’t see how he comes back from that. That’s on top of that horrible segment from the week before with Brock/Heyman.
“Wacky” Dean Ambrose having a box rigged with green slime to get one up on Seth Rollins a few years back.

Brock Lesnar- the moment he pinned Dean Ambrose at WrestleMania 32. I just wanted him gone after that.

Ambrose - The "exploding" tv as well as staying face for so long. Knowing the guy's history and dabbling in starting to watch currently after a lengthy hiatus, they've just killed him for me. Granted, he can't quite be as violent or vulgar as he was at one point, but he's also a guy that could have been great without having to lean on either of those things. Based on what I've seen so far, I think he could recover and make me care again but I don't have a lot of faith.
Bray Wyatt - I think the druid kids and the overall move to give him "dark" powers. The guy was wonderful as a delusional cult leader and that's how it should have stayed. Sister Abigail should've never been anything more than something he created in his mind then used to gain the trust of, then control others. At this point, with all that's happened to his character and his loss record, I doubt I could be brought to care again.

"This isn't CM Punk talking to Triple H, this is Phil Brooks talking to Paul Levesque."
"You say your name is Finlay and you love to fight. I say your name is Finlay and you're a bastard"
Ryder's promo when he was in the ring with Punk and Brian.
TNA Ric Flair.
