Let me just say, I don't know how true the reports are but it's enough to get the team trending. And I can't say I would be SHOCKED if it's the case either. Revival have gotten pretty much given the end around after being one of the more over and sure fire tag team acts in all of wrestling. Yes they had some injury bugs which didn't help, but since coming back, have basically been glorified jobbers, despite being put over by guys like Seth Rollins on TV.
With the advents of a growing market in Japan, and mainly AEW and their promised contracts and benefits... if Revival in fact jumps ship, they might not be the only ones to do so, to take a chance somewhere else...

I mean they have a built-in programme with the bookers of AEW who are coincidentally also going to be one of the main event draws of AEW, and supposedly can field a similar offer to their WWE contracts financially.
Really, the only reason for them to stay put is if they prioritise the prestige/exposure of WWE, specifically Mania, and there ain't much prestige or exposure in a preshow clusterf*** that gets left off the DVD. The best thing about AEW might be it forces WWE to actually give more guys a chance and run with something that works, rather than sit them in purgatory because they have the $ to do so.

Not surprised in the slightest. Yes, I realize some people will dismiss it and just point out that WWE pays a lot but it's been proven over the last few years that you can make WWE-level money with proper marketing, apparel, and getting your name out there. Takes much more work considering the company handles the marketing, merchandising, and social media on their behalf but maybe they want to take a bet on themselves and see how things play out. Looking forward to thier next move, whether in AEW, NJPW, or maybe both?

I hope so. I don't have a ton of use for Dash Wilder, but Scott Dawson is one of my low-key favorites.

The Revival feels like a team that would thrive under a Triple H-led WWE, which is why they were such a centerpiece of NXT when they were around. Another victim of the roster identity crisis and weird disconnect between Triple H shoring up his long-term vision and Vince just not loosening his hold on the reins at all. With Vince helming the ship, AEW is absolutely the right call for The Revival. The Bucks being main guys with the company could set the stage for a lot more tag team focus, and that's where these dudes could thrive.

The fear losing Revival in the same way a little kid with one of his toys but will throw a temper tantrum if another kid gets to play with it

Go bet on yourselves
Sucks for them as they were going to be given 2 pushes but injuries f***ed up their momentum and they lost all their trust with Vince it seems

Hopefully this is true. It's almost criminal how hard creative fumbled these guys. I know Vince hates tag teams, but good lord they put extra effort in killing these guys.

Sucks, but not surprising. I've seen enough of their work in NXT to know these guys are a great tag team, hopefully wherever they go they succeed.

You would think that if they feared it so much, they would have pushed them a lot better.
But yeah, I hope they leave. Them versus the Bucks in AEW is a license to print money, especially if Wilder and Dawson come in with the same style versus the high flying, fun loving Bucks.

I mean sure the wwe could have done more with them, but as much as I hate to say it, they don’t really fit in the main roster. They’ve been entering to crickets regularly.

They fear losing Revival in the same way a little kid with one of his toys but will throw a temper tantrum if another kid gets to play with it Pretty much. The WWE couldn't care less about them and their respective salaries were likely just a drop in the bucket of WWE's checkbook. Easily replaceable by next Monday. But for the Revival's sake, this is their opportunity to shine and become bonafide stars elsewhere. I believe they have the talent to thrive wherever they go. Perhaps they'll return in a few years and be pushed as big deals and be paid as such.
