I still get excited for the Rumble. I started loving wrestling as a kid after Rumble '95. Anyway..
Mustafa Ali goes on the iron man run, makes the final 4.
Corbin is immediately eliminated by a group of wrestlers upon entering.
Lars debuts, has staredown with Braun.
Ken Shamrock as a surprise entrant, has a Mr. Perfect in 02 style run (absolutely wishful thinking here).

Velveteen Dream as a surprise entry, foreshadowing a post-WM callup.

Drew McIntyre will be the last person eliminated.
R-truth will not be the no 30 entry. 100% certain he’s going to get beat down before he can make it to the ring.

Kofi either fails at his stunt or gets eliminated late in the Rumble setting up a depression storyline that he hasn't been able to win one.

Staredown moments that get the crowd popping: Cena/Joe, Sasha/Becky.
Ali eliminates a hoss either Corbin or Braun.
I think EC3 will get a decent outing (20 mins or so).
Surprises are pretty meh, say MVP, Jarrett and a returning Bray.
Big E and Xavier botch Kofi's escape spot (it's got to happen eventually) this isn't deliberate but may or may not (to quote raj) be turned into a storyline.

confrontation between Aiden English and Elias. As much as I enjoyed last year's Rumbles, I still can't believe this never happened.

I predict the men's Rumble goes on last and the winner will be someone who pisses off almost the entire fanbase.

Man I love these games... and the rumble itself (except for the horrible year Kane and big show eliminated everyone and either HHH or Roman won)
Tomasso Ciampa has a good showing in the rumble
Remember when Corbin came in a few years ago and clotheslined strowman Out? Lars Sullivan does that this year
Hogan wins it

Ken Shamrock as a surprise entrant, has a Mr. Perfect in 02 style run (absolutely wishful thinking here). Shamrock was one of the reasons I started watching in 1999. I would mark out like I've never marked out before if this happened.

He would've fit in way better in 2000 WWF than he ever did from 97-99 with the talent they brought in after he left.

Shamrock in the Smackdown 6 era would've been f***ing sweet. Versus Eddie/Benoit/Angle/Rey... Goddamn.

I could also see him putting Brock over in 2002 if he's around then.
