Ronda Rousey could be ending her WWE tenure only a year after her debut match. The latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that “there is a very good chance that Ronda Rousey will be finishing up with WWE at WrestleMania.” It was previously reported that the rumor for Wrestlemania 35 is that Rousey will defend the RAW Women’s title against both Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch in a triple threat match. If the latest report is true, then Rousey will likely drop the title at the event. Rousey has previously stated that she wants to become a mother at some point, and last year she released a video where she was surprised by the toll WWE’s schedule took on her family life. Been fun if true, she's already light years ahead of where I thought she'd be. If she's really done after WM, I wonder if they'll turn her heel in the build up to it?

Rousey coming in, dominating everything and leaving without putting anybody over would be the most WWE thing ever.
Her only putting over Charlotte would somehow surpass that as the most WWE thing ever.
Her putting over Becky would be something I refuse to even think about at the moment because my heart can't handle being crushed by disappointment over what-could-have-beens. Basically that one Rumble with Bryan (you know the one) cranked up to 11.

If true, good. Have Becky beat her convincingly on her way out.

Didn’t they say she signed a 3 year deal?

Didn’t they say she signed a 3 year deal? Well it sounds like she altered the deal, prey she doesn't alter it any further.

Might explain why the Sasha Banks match is happening now instead of being saved for later.

The WWE road schedule really is a beast. Is it still profitable enough for them to warrant keeping it up as much as they do?

So they brought her in for a year, had her beat everyone up, she'll lose once and bounce? Okay...

Don't let that happen. Work a deal with her, and give her a Lesnar schedule if that's what it takes.
We haven't gotten Ronda vs Asuka, Ronda vs Shayna, Ronda vs Ember, or Ronda vs Becky.

Thought she only signed for a year anyway
Makes sense tho. She’s not someone you should have along all the time and I’m surprised she’s been on TV as much as she has
You can bring her in and out at your convience so if she’s done I don’t see her being done for long. Know she’s said she wants to start a family

If true, she totally played them. Cone in just long e ouch to restore her draw power and get more offers coming her way.

It'd suck to see her go without getting her vs. Asuka, for sure. They could end up doing it down the line if Ronda comes back with a schedule like Brock's though.

The WWE road schedule really is a beast. Is it still profitable enough for them to warrant keeping it up as much as they do? They really should have a good way to utilize a better schedule with as much talent they got. Be able to give people a month to 6 weeks off if they aren’t in a program and get them off the road to heal nagging injuries Problem with WWE is you’re either there all the time like majority of the roster or sporadically like Cena, Taker , Lesnar though they’ve obviously earned that right

It's not like her WWE tenure has created an audience boom. Since being in WWE she landed a couple of commercials and the Mortal Kombat gig. A lot more than she was getting after her last UFC fights.

She brought some star power to the women's division, but I don't think it'll die if she leaves.
