Cartoon Network had a contest to win a replica Kids Next Door Treehouse so I've wondered for a long time if someone actually won that and what happened to it.

A lot of the times the people who win the "Win an appearance on show/movie" contests take the alternative cash prize or film a small scene as a background character and have their scene end up being cut anyway. The 87 Masters of the Universe movie had one such contest and the kid who won actually got a small role in the film (Although you wouldn't you have recognized him due to being dressed up as one of Skeletor's guards.)

Remember when Nintendo Power held that contest for The Mask 2? I think someone won it, but it never happened.
Also, remember when the WWF held a contest for someone to win a house? I think there are articles about that online.

I think there are articles about that online. The winner of the In Your House house sold it because they couldn't afford the property taxes, I believe. The Mask II contest winner got some cash and I think some video games.

WWF Magazine had a "Win a lunch with a WWF Superstar" contest in the late 80's (I think) and I'm just imagining going to McDonald's with The Ultimate Warrior. heh. I can’t remember if it’s the same exact one but I have an old WWF magazine where they showed pictures of a kid that won one of the contests. Who was his favorite wrestler that he wanted dinner with? The Bushwhackers

The Bushwhackers I have to admit that would be a pretty fun choice. Like you could go with them to a Burger King or something.

Wait, really? Now I'm imagining Shaquille O'Neal as a really big Kool-Aid lover, buying a lot of it especially for the sake of winning a video game contest. That would just make me like him that much more.

LOL...no. It would be funny if it was, though.
BTW, there are Pepsi logos in it.

There was Nintendo Power contest to win the phone booth from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure. I always thought that was a rad prize.

When I was seven or eight I entered a competition on the British daytime TV show This Morning to win the Ghostbusters fire station playset. It was a write-in contest where you had to create a ghost that could theoretically be used in the Real Ghostbusters. Needless to say, I won. Or did I? I remember the playset showing up one day, what felt like months later. It even had a letter congratulating me on winning, which I proudly presented at show and tell at school. Nowadays I wonder if I did actually win, and if my mother simply bought the playset and faked the letter instead. I've no evidence to support this, but I still wonder.

Did said character (or one similar) ever show up in the RGB show?

Did said character (or one similar) ever show up in the RGB show? Nope, not that I think it ever would have anyway, it was just sold that way. A daytime British TV talk show striking a deal with Colombia Pictures Television to have some kid create a ghost of the week? Very unlikely. I'm sure all the entries were immediately put through a shredder once they'd got the name and addresses off each one and a winner drawn out of a hat.

I immediately thought of that DC Create A villain contest.
