Damn good opening segment. The people are behind Becky like no other, gives us a reason to stick around, and I personally liked Becky’s promo and the emotion she added to it.
Good shit. Let’s hope it keeps up.

Honestly if people don't like this because it's the McMahons they don't have to like it. Me though? I love this because she's in a great promo battle with these 2 and it's putting her on that upper level. I've got no problem with the McMahons being in this. I don't like it mostly just because it's forced and stupid. Becky's basically just throwing a tantrum for no reason when they're... really being completely reasonable on all fronts here, and her, "I'm not seeing a doctor because you'll get them to screw me over!" conspiracy theory was just shot down so now she just looks like an idiot who can't admit she was wrong. Austin did the same exact thing in the early Austin/Vince saga though. Vince was being completely reasonable with Austin and Austin was just being a paranoid dickhead. It worked then, and for once, it’s working again. |

Seriously, DID they put the word "stiffy" in that movie just because the family's last name is Bevis?  Haha, that reminds me of when Paige played Beavis & Butt-Head on UpUpDownDown a few years ago. |

I definitely think Becky's acting dumb here, no lie. I'd just do it and get the match while getting the McMahons back after I've won the belt if I were Becky. As for the McMahons though, the fact they're in this promo battle with Becky and she's getting mixed up with them just shows that she's really the in the lead as to being "The Guy" right now. Yeah it's forced but from a company standpoint and even a casual standpoint that's the defacto "ok this guy doing this with them shows that they're the one they're pushing to the top" and Becky has earned that. |
