Easily Van Damme.
To quote Lionheart, it would prove WWE is "not enough strong to be jail."

Taker over Rock cause Rock isn’t a wrestler.

Randy Orton.
He was wwe born and bred. He has only known wwe locker rooms since birth. Hell Bret Hart was his babysitter when his dad would work in the ring.
The wwe style was taugh to him when he was like 18.
Other than Orton I’m going with Jim Cornette. He hates Kenny Omega because of personal issues, not because of the 9 year old girl match or the ragdoll bullshit.

Saying his nephew is a founder and Ex.VP.it wouldn't be that surprising.

Big Match John. The ultimate company man for WWE for fifteen years, showing up for their newest competition? That’d be huge.

Why is everyone on the list a dude? Why not Becky Lynch or Charlotte if we're talking pure shock value?

The Rock would be the biggest shock. Sting, not listed, would be a close second since I would be surprised to see him work a couple of matches for AEW.
Going with a completely batcrap crazy idea, I would pop if AEW let Billy Gunn do the WWE HOF in exchange for "Juan Cena" showing up at Double or Nothing. No promotion, no advertising, "Juan" shows in a mask as a surprise entrant in a battle royal or as a last-minute "local man" replacement in a tag match making his televised in-ring debut.

I think John Cena even more than Rock would be the biggest shock.

Was Omega in OVW that long ago? It happened in ROH before Adam Pearce left and just when Cornette was starting out as an adviser. Well according to Cornette, haven’t heard Omega’s version, he was booked for ROH and worked them by bullshitting and injury, when they asked him to provide medical documentation about said injury, Omega apparently lied and got caught. Also rumor and innuendo was that Omega treated former ROH owner Cary Silkin badly. Cary is a close friend of Jim. All of this are just rumors but could explain Cornette’s hatred for Omega. Let’s be serious, the Hardys did worst stuff than Omega during the Broken Era and Jim never buried or insult them.

I don’t remember hearing anything other than they were pros to work with on the indys.

Honestly out of the entire list it would be Conor because they would just have to throw such a large amount of money at him that if they spent the money they'd just be able to pay anyone else on that list to just show up. It would be more "huh" then "shocking" but its the most unlikely
