I just feel bad for whoever in the courts has to watch a Robert Kraft sex tape I feel bad for the woman who probably wasn’t paid and forced to have sex with that old coot. f***ing human trafficking man. It should be noted that the prosecutors now say there was no human trafficking. www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2019/04/15/step-forward-for-robert-kraft-trafficking-charges-spa-case/r6tNUIIixJEFpKGuNPZT9L/story.htmlKraft was oniy charged for solicitation and those charges still stand. I'm not trying to excuse Kraft's behavior. What he did was extremely scummy and stupid and tarnished his otherwise great legacy. He should and probably will get a suspension from the NFL. I just want to point out that there appears to be no trafficking.

This doesn't change the way I view Kraft. He was a willing buyer purchasing a service from a willing seller.

Still makes like look like a complete dipshit. You're a billionaire, hire an escort to come to your home&avoid the whole scrutiny if you're going to pay for it.
Goin to a strip mall massage parlor is just a dumb move

I know that we are supposed to follow along the no-politics guideline the forum has mandated, but it would be the greatest thing ever if the Vice President of the United States was one of the people busted in this ring, because you can't get much higher than "Owner of one of, if not, the most successful NFL teams" in that list. If a billionaire owner of the greatest nfl franchise ever isn’t the biggest name busted in the string operation, then influential politicians are involved for sure. Yeah, That kinda thing is talking one of the Houses or above

Saw on CNN earlier the judge ruled the video to not be released to the public I mean...does anybody really want to see an old man get jerked off (the ladder! lol) or have intercourse with a prostitute? Dude did it, we know it, he knows it...give him his slap on the wrist and move on.

His lawyers has never argued he didn't do it so let's give him his little slap on the wrist and move on

There really is a separate justice system for the super rich. This is a judge that can be bought with money.

There really is a separate justice system for the super rich. When you have Robert Kraft's money, you can afford the best legal team available and that's what he appears to have done. There's nothing wrong with that, he should be entitled to the best defense he can mount. Also, judging by the strong-arm tactics that were used in this case and the narrative that's been spun out of it since the charges were announced, you could also argue that Robert Kraft isn't getting anywhere near the same treatment that some random Joe Schmo would be getting were he also charged with a similar misdemeanor. So while yes, Kraft has the financial means to mount a better defense than you or I, he also has to deal with all the ancillary bulls**t that you or I wouldn't have to deal with in this case, like having people scream "HUMAN TRAFFICKING!" at every turn, or having The Boston Globe obsess about obtaining the videotape so they can get a few extra salacious clicks on their website.

I don't know about you, but between people saying mean things about me but being able to buy my way out of legal consequences or spending a year in prison, I'd take the former.

Did he buy his way out or did he get the best legal team he could obtain? Because one is implying that Robert Kraft, his lawyers, and the judge circumvented the legal system. The other is his right as a defendant.

Right. Look, I'm not saying that Kraft is innocent by any stretch, he's not. He solicited sexual favors. That said, anybody who says they wouldn't exhaust every possible legal avenue to avoid going to jail if they had the means to do so is full of shit up to their eyeballs.

Kraft never denied what he did
He was able to use his wealth to hire the best legal team to help what looks like will be a sweep under the rug. More power to him for getting off (no pun intended) with what could be minimal consequences

Just like I said at the start of this controversy, Kraft had nothing to worry about legally as a rich white man in America. It was always more about if the NFL would force him to sell the team over this

The big deal is that it was shady involving women in this parlor and this could been a potential human trafficking ring I'm not going to begrudge they guy for wanting to get his dick rubbed since his wife died a few years ago. However, you are a rich man, take that shit to your house. Why risk getting caught in a parlor
