Why are these guys mostly just wrestling in an Oklahoma based indie? You’d think with the exposure they got from some TNA appearances, tours in NOAH, and the the Von Erich legacy (even if tainted) they’d be on some bigger wrestling outlet.
It would be one thing if they were still super young/green or really bad wrestlers. But one of them just turned 30 and I don’t remember them being especially horrible. At that first TNA show they wrestled on they even got the biggest pop of the night. Although that was just because it was in Texas and Kevin was there.

I'm a little surprised too. After all, their family's in the wrestling hall of fame.

There are a lot of great wrestlers now. Being "not especially horrible" isn't enough.

They're Kevin's sons. I don't know that they wrestle full-time. They're not exactly out there hustling in the U.S.

You’d think that their name would at least get them a handshake pic with HHH and a spot in the PC. Weird.

They’re meh and below average at best. Even Fritz couldn’t have exploited their sorry asses.

The only thing they had for them in there name, Just like Lacey. The issue is that they where as said, below average at best in the ring, very green in the ring. From what I saw if they really wanted to make it, they need to being in something like the PC for a good year or so before they even see NXT to have a real chance.

They debuted in NOAH in 2012. You know it's kinda sad when you're a gaijin debuting in Japan and part of a great family and you're still involved in the business and the best thing someone has to say of you is "you're still green".

Well it has to do with advisedly with how passionate are they to make it in wrestling and if this is what they want to do full time? Like anything, if you don't put in the work to get better, you will never get better. There case is they seem to have thought there name was enough to get big deals, until everyone saw them work. If they didn't take that as ok, we need to train more and work on things, that's on them.

Cagematch.net only lists five matches for them in all of 2018. Maybe they had more than that on small shows. The fact is, it doesn't seem that they want to get themselves out there and make names for themselves. Between Impact, ROH, AEW, and MLW, it's not like there's not a lot of places out their looking for talent.

If I were any generation of Von Erich, I would avoid wrestling lest I end up in some weird version of Final Destination.

If I were any generation of Von Erich, I would avoid wrestling lest I end up in some weird version of Final Destination. There's a documentary, about 20 years old or so, called Faded Glory. It's about the Von Erichs and while it's mostly a fluff piece, there's a somewhat disturbing scene near the end (disturbing in my mind, at least). At the very end of the doc, Kevin's talking about his sons (who were little kids at the time) and how he does not want them to grow up to be wrestlers - at the same time, him saying that is played over footage shot the same day of him showing them how to powerbomb each other on a trampoline.
