How would you describe Ronda’s promo style?

Terrible at this point. Nothing seems credible or believable. WWE needs to understand that much like Brock, they can say very little or get a mouthpiece like Heyman. Ronda doesn’t need to give long winded promos to get over. She just needs to shred arms & say about two sentences when she’s done.

she generally starts out ok for the first couple of sentences, then she seems to think she needs to up the intensity with every word from that point on, says whatever pops into her head at that second and wants to get it out because she just thoughtofsomethingelseanddoesn'twanttoforgetthispartsobettersayitfast. while trying to sound deeply philosophical by the end.

Ronda is one of the strangest promos I have ever seen, because individual bits and bobs of them will really, really work - she's basically a living breathing example of why the talent should get more freedom with promos, but also why Vince and Dunn script most people. Because she really does sound like it's her talking rather than her character, especially when she nails it, but when she doesn't nail it, it's very obviously her failing too. Script that shit and there's no room for error, because everyone is feeding you the same microwaved shit.

She really, really shouldn't have been speaking much. When Brock came back in 2012 he was left on his own for like a month before they realised he'd be dead without Heyman. She should have had a manager.

It's the style of someone doing Youtube videos and generally managing to recite their script on the first go for the most part while having an absolutely trash script that needs heavy revising and review, on top of rehearsal to actually flow better, and edits to make it actually flow.

She's a legitimate badass and she can have real fire when she wants to. She just has a habit of stumbling over her words. Personally I'd have her say as little as possible. She doesn't need long promos to get over.

This. She can convey intensity and emotion, but when she’s given too much time to talk she’s prone to rambling and hurting her effectiveness.

She sounds angry, as she should be. The problem is that she's trying to talk too fast and say too much but, other than that, she's fine.

I would say she just needs someone to coach her on it. Hell, they’ve got Flair there, he could go from cocky to evil to nuts in one swoop and it still all made sense. If she had someone to teach her, “listen, you’re talking into a microphone after a match when you’re breathing is heavy, slow that shit down or no-one can understand you.” It would make a world of difference.

When they ask her to do more than that, she's pretty awful.
