The Brave Little Toaster, if you’re looking for a dream sequence that’ll scare you shitless.

The Crystal of Nightmares episode of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers where, while the Rangers dream about defeats and getting stripped of their powers, Bulk and Skull (dressed as maids to try and copy the team's study session) dream about becoming Rangers (well masked superheroes in actuality) and piloting the Megazord only to cause it to crash

Pretty much any David Lynch movie, as they all may or may not be dreams.

Luke Skywalker in the cave. That was more of a vision than a dream, if we're being nit-picky. Similarly, I'd maybe say the episode of Batman where he battles Jim Gordon, but that's a fear toxin-induced hallucination, and by that metric, not admissible.

I like the “this is not a” dream sequences in John Carpenter’s Prince Of Darkness
Short, grainy and creepy.

Well if we're talking about Batman: The Animated series there was the episode where the Mad Hatter puts Batman into his own personal "Wonderland" dream state where Bruce's parents are still alive and he never becomes the Batman. (One of my personal all time favorite episodes.)

I always loved the dream sequence in Shutter Island with his wife.
The oversaturated colours, the awkward camera movements, the continuity errors between cuts, that the audio syncing is just that little bit off. It's all so disjointed and disorientating that it feels like an actual dream.
Then you've the beautiful On The Nature Of Daylight playing in the background and one of my favourite tropes of a person disintegrating in someone else's hands. It's like something out of Silent Hill almost.
It's my favourite scene in the entire movie and one of my favourite dream scenes in film.

Does a voyage into the brain of Arnold J Rimmer count?

Could only find a good source from the German dub although it is a British show (dream sequence starts from about 1:18):
