The Uso’s regularly drive drunk and nothing happens to them, so I don’t really think that you could force Alicia into rehab or fire her off of this one. Just let her get her head on straight and go from there. Arn is a dumbass if he knew and let her work though, what does he think this is, TNA? “The significance of that? It’s the hand he opens beer with.”

This is fairly common in management. I've driven drunk workers home and written them up. They have a three strike policy. If I let them work drunk I'm gone on the first strike, and I should be. Because I'm knowingly putting people at risk for something really, really stupid. Random Edited thought: Did anybody get shitcanned at TNA for sending an obviously high-as-shit Jeff Hardy out to the ring to job to Sting? Supposedly nobody sent him to the ring. Apparently everybody backstage thought he was unconscious and when they turned their backs he just got up and wandered out.

Only bad things can happen when you let someone go out there and perform drunk. Should've learned their lesson when Hawk fell off the titantron.

Letting her work drunk goes against the Wellness policy so he broke company policy which is why he was axed. Her showing up drunk I believe counts as a strike, so if they fired her it would open a lawsuit against them if she doesn't have three strikes. Nah, the Wellness Policy treats alcohol like it treats pot: Assuming this story is true, she’ll be fined but they won’t put a strike on her record.

Didn't Alicia also get in Ronda Rousey's husband's face when she was drunk?

Big difference is: She *performed* while drunk. She already doesn't have a great reputation in the ring when she's sober. Imagine having to work a drunk Alicia Fox. They should give her a northern lights suplex city gimmick.

Horrible situation. You’d think for a company so big they’d have more than just Arn Anderson deciding whether people can perform intoxicated.

Very dumb and irresponsible on Arns's part. I can understand why Vince was so upset. Alicia should be fired too but she'll probably get off with a slap on the wrist as she, like Paige and the Usos, seems to be someone they have a soft spot where they seem be able to away with anything no matter what stupid irresponsible things they do. At least Paige had a movie coming out and the Usos are one of their top tag teams. I really don't know why Alicia can get away with so much,

Remember that episode of Family Guy where Peter became a piano prodigy when drunk? Maybe alcohol turns Alicia into Ricky Steamboat. Like spinach to Popeye.

Yeah, absolutely the right call. You send someone out to do any highly physical job while drunk, especially something so cooperative like wrestling, you don’t just put the drunk person in danger, but her opponents too. Imagine the shitstorm there’d have been if Bayley or Natalya or Dana Brooke got injured by Fox in this match because she was inebriated.
And Fox needs to be put into some kind of rehab, since this has apparently been a bit of a problem for her beyond just this one instance.

There's more news to this Alicia Fox thing, man... I'm still on the "Arn needs to be let go" train but Alicia, this is a big thing. If they offered her rehab and she denied it after all that's happened to the point where she went absent...nah, they need to take care of this somehow.
