Dana White has the least backbone of probably anyone running a major sport right now. He keeps giving these people chance after chance and they keep acting like scumbags. He plays favorites so hard that you can't deny it

I think that was during some shit between him and Nick Diaz and they were going to fight and he threw a water bottle that hit a fan Jake Shields, of all people, kicked that off. Throwing a water bottle that hit Dee Devlin. Lmao Jake Shields, him and the Dana White love fest lasted on a little while

Connor's conduct at Bellator 187 should have precluded any company seriously getting behind him. Like, in addition to putting his hands on a ref to throw a toddler tantrum, if I were Charlie Ward, I'd be pissed about Connor making the whole thing about him. Like, that just shat over anything else about the fight.

Conor McGregor is the type of person that if I were to read in ten years that he’d blown through all his money and was living under a bridge my faith in humanity would be restored.

He still has his fans here in Ireland, mostly young impressionable men, but he's basically scorched earth to us Irish now.
He had the entire nation behind him; we had someone to get behind and represent us on a global scale. He made us proud to be Irish. And turns out he is just a scumbag, plain and simple. All the money in the world doesn't change that.

Not to be a snob or anything but tracksuit chavvy scroungers who think they’re hard men seem to be the norm when it comes to supporting this douche. Strictly talking about the majority of his Irish fanbase. I realize he has fans worldwide. I’m Irish by the way.

Is it okay to still like GSP? 'Cause I think GSP was UFC's last best hope for building up its profile in a positive way.

All people complained about was how "GSP can't even finish a sandwich" and that he was ducking Anderson Silva but, dammit, GSP was one of the best ambassadors MMA could've ever asked for. He took his opponents seriously, he carried himself like a big deal, his planning was amazing, his execution was impressive and he was a proven draw by also being a quintessential white meat babyface in a sea of tough guys.

Dana White has less guts than a victim of Gregor Clegane.

"I know zero about that, so here's my hot take about it, a mysterious other guy did it."
You're supposed to be his boss, dipshit, not his pal making excuses for him.

If anyone ever needed more proof that Dana would never turn against Conor than here you go. He talks to him like a friend and not like his boss. Conor is still under contract with you, we all know he is probably never fighting in UFC again but at least act like you're not bending backwards and forwards for this man

Jeez, Dana is a spineless and unethical coward. Just lets the dude get away with murder. And I genuinely fear he might actually do so if the situation arose.
