Good on these guys, getting the crowd to chant "This is awesome!" towards the end and "That was awesome!" after.

Great match. Wonder if they’ll give Nese the win given he’s a hometown boy.

Damn, Buddy Bliss just turned on Nese. This is like the second time a friend has laid him out, which is basically seven of eight reasons why he's the new Sting.

Nese vs. Murphy could be the best pure wrestling match on the card.

Nese vs. Murphy could be the best pure wrestling match on the card. Nese might actually get a decent reaction since he's from the area, too. My hope is Nese wins the title and Buddy goes to the main roster, but lol I doubt it (at least the Murphy going to the main roster part)

Smackdown only had 3 matches, 1 horrible match with Banks & Bayley VS The Iiconics, a fun Gauntlet Match, & a too short match for the main event. I liked all of the obstacles against Kingston & I’m still invested in him getting his Mania match. The Miz’s promo to kickoff Smackdown was his best promo in 13 years. It sucks that it’s wasted for a feud with Shane McMahon. The Kevin Owens Show with Charlotte & Becky was good. I liked their brawl. Daniel Bryan’s promo was good too, as was the backstage promos with Mysterio & Styles. I didn’t watch 205 Live, so I can’t comment on it.
Here are the Facts & Stats for Smackdown: - Sasha Banks & Bayley VS The Iiconics was Billie Kay & Peyton Royce’s 1st Smackdown opener since February 12, which was their last match on Smackdown overall, & their 1st match overall since they lost the Elimination Chamber on February 17, Banks’ 1st Smackdown match since she lost a Handicap Match to Dana Brooke & Charlotte Flair on July 19, 2016 & was Bayley’s Smackdown debut, & Banks was the 5th week in a row that someone competed on Raw & Smackdown in the same week, & was The Iiconics’ 1st win on Smackdown since they defeated Asuka & Naomi on April 24, 2018 - Kofi Kingston VS The Bar, Samoa Joe, Randy Orton, & Rowan was the 3rd Gauntlet Match of 2019, the 1st since Raw on March 4, & the 1st on Smackdown since February 12, Orton’s 1st match overall since he, Daniel Bryan, & Joe defeated Jeff Hardy, Kingston, & AJ Styles on February 19, Cesaro’s 1st Singles Match since he defeated The Miz on January 22 & was Sheamus’ 1st Singles Match since he lost to The Miz on January 15 - Kofi Kingston VS Daniel Bryan was Kingston’s 1st main event since February 26, Bryan’s 2nd week in a row in the Smackdown main event, & Kingston was the 1st wrestler since R-Truth on January 29 to compete twice on Smackdown in the same night - This was the 1st Smackdown since February 12 that Ricochet did not compete, therefore for the 1st time since the week of February 25, he will not compete on Raw, Smackdown, & NXT in the same week
Here are the Facts & Stats for 205 Live: - Akira Tozawa VS Mike Kanellis was Kanellis’ 1st 205 Live match since March 3 & 1st opener since February 5 & was Tozawa’s 1st 205 Live match since March 5 & his 1st opener of 2019 - Cedric Alexander VS Tony Nese was Alexander’s 3rd week in a row on 205 Live & his 1st main event since March 5 & he was the 1st wrestler of 2019 to go from the 205 Live opener to the following week’s main event, & was Tony Nese’s 2nd week in a row in the 205 Live main event

What was the f***ing point of that?! Vince hope Kofi would get legit banged up and not be available for Mania? The show is like 2 weeks away and there’s no WWE Championship match scheduled yet? What?

Good on these guys, getting the crowd to chant "This is awesome!" towards the end and "That was awesome!" after. They had to deal with a crowd emotionally deflated by the SDL ending and got them invested in this match. Good job.

Nese has silently become one of the best in ring performers on the roster, much like Mustafa Ali did last year, so I'm happy to hear he's put another gem on the way to Mania.
