Looks interesting. I think it’ll be very good. It’s important to discuss this because it’s too easy just to write Benoit off as a murderous asshole but a lot happened that we know and don’t know and it should be acknowledged to try and prevent this in the future.

People work better with definitives. It's easier for most to just say "well, he was a murdering POS" than admit that it was far more complex and nuanced than that, because that makes them uncomfortable. I've personally researched this case to death over the years, because Benoit was one of my all-time favorites, and I've listened to countless interviews and different perspectives from different people. I'm really, really interested in seeing what these guys came up with, and I can't wait to see it.

I wish this series would do a better job of indicating the time period of events, such as specifying the specific days, months, and years when stuff is taking place. It plays a bit too fast and loose with cause-and-effect series of things happening in time. For example, in the most recent episode about Chris Benoit, Vickie Guerrero talks about Eddie's multiple overdoses. As a viewer, I know about Eddie's release during his first WWE stint, but DSOTR doesn't do a great job for non-fans who don't know about this stuff when this occurred, especially in relation to when the Benoit murders happened.

That's a good point. The time span of Eddie's WWE release was 2001. That Mania moment with him and Benoit was in 2004, but the show really didn't make that clear.

What's the episode schedule? I'm really looking forward to the Owen episode Yeah, I am very interested in that episode, especially Martha is actually talking in this one. I just know the next one is New Jack, but I don't feel like there is much to learn in that one. The Benoit episode opened my eyes to new things, while obviously I knew about some of it, but stuff like the Montreal Screwjob isn't really anything new.

Holy shit. I have to go back and watch the Gangstas Smoky Mountain run. "Go out there and make white people mad" is one of the most Jim Cornette quotes you could see.

The Mass Transit Incident, a failure by everybody involved. Weirdly, "Mass Transit" as a name for a big bus driver guy is genuinely a really good gimmick. Shame he got in way over his head here, to put it mildly.
