Like okay yeah I'm biased as hell here but, he don't get booed, the Burn it Down scream at his entrance is only getting louder, obviously judging by the crowd his merch sells? Like as far as ratings nobody moves the needle for Raw so to speak, personally not liking him aside saying he's not over, how?

I’ve noticed the same thing, he always gets his “burn it down” or “slay the beast” chants

Are people saying he's not over? He's the most over guy on Raw for sure. As much as the Ambrose heel turn and feud slowed him down, he got cheered over Braun at the Rumble and has been getting pretty loud "Slay the Beast!" chants lately.

He's over, but this build since the Rumble (like all of them involving Brock) has been hot garbage and he's suffering as a result. He's essentially feuding with Paul Heyman, while Brock sits at home and eats a bag of Doritos.

I mean this feud with Brock hasn't been the best but that's like 100% on WWE and not Seth himself

Yeah, I haven’t enjoyed this feud. But the idea that Seth isn’t over just isn’t true.

Yeah, this feud needed Heyman taking a Curb Stomp and Brock suplexing Seth through a plate glass window or some shit. Heyman having promo battles with anyone just isn't interesting to me anymore.

YES! Exactly. Have Brock brutalize Seth (since they needed to keep him somewhat out of the ring for a few weeks) and upsin his return, he beats the ever loving piss out of Heyman, since Brock isn't around. That's a much better build, or at least, start of one than what we got

Seth somehow manages to be both an awesome wrestler and a crappy wrestler at the same time.
He can go in the ring like gangbusters, but he ABSOLUTELY SUCKS at talking. And nothing to do with the words, just his delivery makes me wanna read a book. Takes me out of the show and I hardly remember anything he says.
He could say he's gonna legit burn the arena down and it'd just seem like he's having a slightly bad day.
But I still try not to miss his matches. Weirdest way I've ever been a fan of a wrestler, and I've watched a LOT of wrestling.

I don't think anyone has said he's not over, but I'll certainly say he's not over with me. I just don't see anything special about the guy. The deliberate comparisons they made between him and Triple H while Seth was heel were very apt - he's not a guy you build your roster around, he's just a guy who looks good being beaten by your champion.

He's not a top face.
He was good in the role of chickenshit heel champion with the authority but I just can't get into him in this role. The fact that Brock isn't around to help build the feud doesn't help.

I prefer face Rollins to Authority Seth, which was incredibly boring and scared me away from wanting to see him win the title again for a while. Seth and Finn are the two best choices to take it off Brock iMO.

It's tough to build a never-say-die face when the obstacle they're supposed to never say die against isn't around the majority of the time. Rollins has done admirable without Lesnar, but there's only so many times he can verbally spar with Paul Heyman and maintain the same effectiveness.
If Rollins loses at Mania, the build will all be for naught.

Seth and Finn are the two best choices to take it off Brock iMO. In my perfect world Seth holds it till Summerslam where he loses it to Heel Finn. Then Roman can take from Finn in Tampa next year

Earth 6732
Seth Rollins had a WWE run where he played the intellectual savior of the masses before transitioning to stunt double for consistent upper midcarder and former Real World star Trever Murdoch before having the feud between the two end abruptly before being released and ending up in TNA where he played a Furry named Tyler Blackpaw before that failed and he retired soon after to go into Bowling. He’d win a world title in 2016.
Biggest star in wrestling there? Tyler Rex. I’m as shocked as you are.
