Dunne/WALTER for me. I'm such a fan of matches where it's just two guys having an all-out brawl, and they delivered.
Dunne had to drop the title sooner or later, and there's nobody else more credible on the roster to do so than WALTER.

Tag match by a decent margin, followed by Dream/Riddle then Cole/Gargano. Walter/Dunne was also really good. Didn't watch the women's match because Baszler isn't my cup of tea and it allowed me to skip to live for the main event.

It was a superb show quality-wise, but my favourite was Dunne/Walter because while it had a lot of big spots, it had more story, wasn't all go, and didn't rely on shitloads of kickouts. The others were all great but mainly had big kickouts and big spots as their thing. Walter/Dunne wove a tale. And I was dead against Walter before, I thought he sucked.

Dream v Riddle for me, but I mean, how do you pick?
Every match could be described as excellent and yet every match brought something different.

Walter/Dunne
Dream/Riddle Cole/Gargano 4 Way Tag
Don’t get me wrong, the tag was incredible, but I also felt there was no way War Machine was losing so it sucked alot of drama out for me

Being in the building, I thought Cole vs Gargano was the best. Dunne/WALTER was the coldest (still great) so i’m glad to see it translated well across TV.

Walter vs Dunne, maybe, because it’s the kind of match that grows on you. But all of the first three were really good.

My ranking:
1. War Raiders/Blackochet: Absolutely insane fun. The tag division always delivers, but this time they outdid themselves. 2. Dunn/WALTER: Just a brutal brawl. 3. Dream/Riddle: The Dream always delivers. Hope they turn Riddle heel ASAP, I can't stand him. 4. Baszler/Sane/Shirai/Belair: It was perfectly serviceable, although I've seen better showings from Baszler. IMHO, Bianca Belair has no business in a wrestling ring, though. 5. Gargano/Cole: Technically, a great match. But the Gargano character is, to me, damaged beyond repair. Ciampa coming out in the end made it even worse. Wasn't NXT supposed to be the brand with great storytelling? Instead, we get "IMMA FACE NOW AND I WILL KICK OUT OF EVERYTHING!"

I didn't know how serious his injury was, and I don't follow any social media, so that was a huge 'what the hell?!' moment for me. After reading up.. I get it, I guess, but I don't like it. Should have been done off-camera or at least not been a total lovefest. A nod of approval from Ciampa would have been fine. To answer the question, the tag match was my favorite of another insanely strong card.

Gargano vs Cole.
A stellar undercard but 2 out of 4 were completely obvious results. Dunne was clearly losing and so were Ricochet and Black. Both great matches but that plays into it sometimes for me.
Gargano vs Cole just kept you on the edge all the way through the last fall. I like that it wasn't back and forth either. It was Cole throwing the sink at him and all Gargano could do was kick out. Gargano has always been a survivor in the WWE. Hes their best sympathetic baby face by a mile and that was an insane ending.

I didn't get Walter either before the first time I watched him in a full match. In an era where we live and die on high spots and false finishes, he manages to build a babyfaces heat so well without resorting to either. It was only when I was watching at Wembley against Tyler Bate and we're all on our feet screaming for Tyler that it clicked with me as to why he is so good.

Gargano v. Cole
I know it wasn’t the finale of Gargano/Ciampa that we all wanted. It probably went one step too far in the kick outs.
Don’t care. That was a “this is why I like wrestling” match.
f***, Mauro was on fire on commentary for that. Especially loved his line about Gargano suffering for his humanity, and he did a stellar on of explaining the significance of them digging into their earlier career arsenal of moves.
Everything else on the card was great too, in some way.
Riddles transitions are out of this f***ing world
Tag match was great.
Walter is a force of nature. As much as I look forward to a rematch Dunne deserves to be on the main roster in the upper card (in a universe where that also means being booked well)
Frustrating that Baszler snuck out a win. Feels like her run is getting a bit long in the tooth. Maybe it’s for the best that the eventual loss will be in a one in one match, I don’t know.

Dream vs Riddle was an incredible display of athleticism and good, old fashioned psychology, and had the right dynamic of Riddle being an obnoxious jackass and Dream being the initially overconfident babyface who pulled it out in the end. I am all about Riddle's chill, 'everything is cool, bro' persona being exposed as fake, so I was disappointed that there wasn't a post-match beatdown. But the lack of selling in key moments, and the length of time that Dream spent in submission holds without tapping bothered me.
Still don't care about Pete Dunne or Walter. Those are two people I will simply never see the appeal of.
The women's match highlighted a problem with NXT's booking, particularly of the women - they spend way too much time making one person so utterly dominant that the idea of them losing is simply inconceivable, even when they're in a four-way match. This was the perfect match to get the belt off Baszler without her losing an ounce of her aura, but if you're not going to do it here, then you need to pick a woman to dethrone her for good, and you need to do it soon.
Io and Kairi make really good tag team partners - their communication and teamwork is on point - but I really don't want to see them fall into roles of 'interchangeable Japanese girls that no one can tell apart'.
Gargano vs Cole was predictably fantastic. Cole was the right choice to face Gargano, and Gargano was the right choice to win. Sadly, Johnny is nowhere near as hot with the fans as he was a year ago, and even this character reset doesn't quite fix the bad booking. But he's still over, and a rematch with Cole will be a killer match, even if I'm not sure how they'll make it better than this one.
And, despite Cole being the clear crowd favourite at the start, the near-falls, the interference and Johnny's sheer babyface pluck won them over. The pop when he won was ridiculous.

The opening tag team bout was fantastic and is a close second, but I’ve got to give the nod to the main event. Gargano’s victory was proof positive that even when a match’s ultimate conclusion may be obvious, it can still be awesome and fun to watch when it’s presented with heart, passion and suspense and tells a good story.

Cole vs. Gargano was everything I look for in a televised wrestling match. The announce team enhanced it with their call, the crowd enhancing it by being lava hot, and both wrestlers put 1112% of their ability on the line out there. The psychology was superb, maybe even too good at times. Adam Cole is simply an amazing professional wrestler.

It's a toss up between Riddle/Dream and WALTER/Dunne. But it was a great card from top to bottom...

Gargano doesn’t let a moment breathe. He also kicked out of way too much stuff, just can’t get into him. Voting for WALTER v Dunne was an easy choice
