I wish they would eliminate the reach in foul in basketball. The spamming of threes would stop and defense would be easier.

- Either put all the steroid era guys into the HOF or strike all their numbers from the book. It has to be one or the other. You can’t recognize their achievements, but still keep them out of Cooperstown. It’s bullshit.
- Flip your bats, pump your fist after striking out a guy - show emotion. The “unwritten rules” are horseshit and dangerous and the best way to stop somebody from pimping a jack is to not give one up in the first place.
- End fighting in hockey. The idea that it stops greater stick work and other kinds of violence from happening is bullshit. That stuff still happens all the time.
- Take head injuries in every sport more seriously. The presumption after a big hit in football or hockey should be that there is a concussion and go from there. No more of a QB getting murdered and missing a single series in the concussion tent and getting right back out there.

Contrary to fan belief, there is no foul for "reaching in"; a foul is only committed when a defender reaches in AND makes illegal contact (on arm, hand, face, etc.) to impede a dribble, shot or scramble for a loose ball. Players can reach in and/or swipe as much as they'd like granted no contact is made.

The new era has already made enforcers a thing of the past. Even the best fighters now have some skill. And if two guys want to go and put themselves off of the ice for 5, that's fine by me. I do think that shit like Domi on Ekblad needs a long suspension though. If someone doesn't want to fight, fine give 'em the business. Facewashing happen all the time. But when you're throwing punches at guys who are not willing fighters, that is dangerous and essentially jumping someone. You should get 15 games min for fighting a non-willing combatant. And if he's injured however long after that, you're out that long as well.

Dude should have never played again. Anywhere.

I wish you couldn't Foul Out in the NBA. Keep the 2 Techs/Intentional/Flagrant DQ but instead of fouling out make each foul after the 6th a technical foul (that doesn't count against your overall number). You don't have key players getting DQ'ed AND you don't introduce additional fouling on purpose. Because it would be hard to draw up a scenario where 2 shots AND the ball is a favorable outcome.
After a homerun you should have 30 seconds to do whatever the hell you want as long as you touch all the bases and don't endanger anybody. If your dumb ass takes 31 seconds because you did 17 cartwheels and did a Ric Flair Flop on every base you are automatically out.
An Intentionally hit batter should be a home run instead of 1 base.
Battle Royale/Royal Rumble you should have to re-enter the ring by the count of 10 after sliding out under the top rope.
The "Free play on offsides" is far too much of a benefit to the offense, but I'm not paid enough by the NFL to offer up a solution.

I think the NBA playoffs need to reseed after each round again.

I think the NBA playoffs need to reseed after each round again. I despised this rule in the old (?) NHL Playoffs. (Side note - when did they go to this top 3 in each division, plus 2 'wild cards' format? Just this year?) It not only makes brackets odd to decipher in the middle of the conference finals series, but if a number 8 seed can pull off the first round upset, "reward" them if a 4/5 seed and don't throw them back to the deep end with a #2. Seems like this favors regular season results too much by not allowing the playoffs to be a whole new 'season'. Imagine the chaos of this in any March NCAA B-Ball tournament!

Baseball people take the a lifetime ban more seriously than courts take a lifetime sentence for ungodly crimes (like the ones John Wetteland is accused of, and who got HOF votes). It seems incredibly silly. I mean, you have to ban him from baseball when he's still managing when they're finding out he bet on baseball. But 30-40 years later, when his legacy has been irreparably damaged, I don't see the big deal in letting him in the Hall. Especially if he's going in posthumously. Because baseball is a hypocritical sport that likes to tout its values but is Lowkey one of the dirtiest sports Clemens, Bonds and Rose should all be in Yep. Bud Selig didn't say a f***ing word when these juiced up monsters were saving the game of baseball. One more bad year, or god forbid, another strike, and baseball would have been buried. Pretty much everybody and their mother knew McGwire and Sosa were on something, but we all wanted to see a decades long record fall finally. They saved baseball in '98. And as always, to throw in a wrestling reference. McGwire and Sosa were the Stone Cold Steve Austins saving the WWF. MLB DESPERATELY needed that home run race. Put them all in the hall. That should be the ad campaign slogan.

Away goals are bollocks that football should have scrapped years ago.

Baseball always try to sweep all their bad laundry under the rug and act like it never happened The steroid era is a thing, we can't know who was on what and those that were on the juice were morally wrong but it wasn't against the rules per se. You can say they cheated the game but that whole era is just a big mess. They cherry pick what they like and don't like. I still think Bonds and Clemens gets in at some point but Big Mac and Sosa will probably never get in unless future writers down the line in the next 10 years help change the tune on the steroid era

I think the NBA playoffs need to reseed after each round again. Bracket thing makes scheduling easier, but if you finish #1, you have earned the right to face the worst team in each round

Both the NHL and NBA seasons are far too long.
In the NBA, the standings usually change little from Christmas to May.
In the NHL, the seeding really means nothing come the playoffs.
Take both schedules down to around 50 games. Gives players more rest and actually have your best players healthy come the playoffs.
