TBH I'm surprised Alicia Fox has been in the company as long as she has been. She signed in July 2006. To put that in perspective, her opponent last night was still in her first career run in wrestling and hadn’t yet suffered the head injury that put her into retirement for years. Major Wins in a 13 Year WWF/E Career Tracking List Bret "Hitman" Hart (1984-1997): 5x WWF Champion, 2x Intercontinental Champion, 2x Tag Team Champion, 2x King of the Ring, Royal Rumble co-winner Alicia Fox (2006-present)- Divas Champion for 2 months

Alicia should've been fired for showing up drunk and refusing rehab. The fact that she not only kept her job but was given a competitive ten minute match against Becky and was given more then Ruby Riott (who is better and not problematic backstage at least that I know of) just sends a very bad message. With her putting subpar performances in the ring it is really baffling that they are still keeping her around. As far as Becky goes as much as I love her and even though I would still say she's good, I think she's starting to get exposed in ring lately as someone who can't have a good long match with people below her skill level. The match last night was pretty bad and I remember her also having a stinker with Peyton Royce a couple of months ago on Smackdown that also went about ten minutes. Granted neither of those matches should've been booked to go ten minutes but it is still kind of concerning for someone who is going to the top women going forward. Also doesn't give me much optimism for her upcoming match with Lacey who seems super green. She refused rehab?

Yeah working with a weaker talent is difficult from experience. You have to work your style around their limitations, even if that means you have to slow yourself down, focus on what they can do and what they're comfortable with. Some, like Daniel Bryan are masters at adapting like that, and then there are some that find it difficult.
All a part of the learning experience.

Also, there were no womens rumbles, king of the ring, tag titles or mid card titles for most of Alicia's tenure.

I believe they should have fired her for showing up to work intoxicated. Well they fired Arn. So close enough, I guess?

I feel like they have fired her. 2 or 3x these past few months. She seemingly understood but showed back up with not even a trace of hesitation or awkwardness and regarding her insanity it goes thusly
Vince- respects it/finds it funny Hhh- placates it out of fear Steph- wouldnt fire a mentally ill minority due to possible twitter backlash
Fwiw, alicia fox holds all the women's belts in my universe modes. I think shes a sweetheart and delightfully insane. A real life harley quinn.

Alicia is a terrible wrestler but I do love her psycho gimmick. That said, any contribution she might make should go out the window when she shows up to wrestle intoxicated. That shouldn't be a wellness strike, that should be a 'you don't work here any more.'

Alicia is entertaining as hell when she's doing most things other than actually wrestling.
Make her a manager again.
