I wonder why Owen vs Skinner made it but Bulldog vs Berzerker didn’t seeing as Bulldog was the bigger star of him and Owen at the time.
Cut the LOD and Lex Luger interviews they may have had more time.

With the roundtable format it would have more people for Bobby to banter with over Luger. I would think Owen v. Skinner makes it over Bulldog v. Berzerker because Skinner could take a quick loss at the time. Up until after the Undertaker feud, Berzerker had a pretty good position on the card for how silly his gimmick was.

LOD could have done a run in style return on Money Inc on Superstars during a match and debut Ellering beating up Jimmy Hart. Would have made more sense then a random podium interview

This mania happened the year I was born. I heard a lot of praise for it so I decided to watch it, and man was shit different back then. Not a lot of finishers, more so roll ups and such. I loved all the pre and post match interviews and watching a prime Flair, Piper, Savage and Jake Cut promos was off the charts. I can see why people say they were larger than life characters

yeah it's the first mania, that went for a shorter marquee card as opposed to a wrestling extravaganza with maybe 4-5 featured bouts with 8 other filler matches.

Love this Mania it’s the first one I saw live and still have it on tape somewhere. Sid is gone after the match with Hogan and I wonder if they had already planned Bret getting the belt at that point.

In my opinion, Bret became World Champion because WWF needed to get away from the negative publicity of the steroid scandal.

Definitely one of my favourites. I actually own 4 copies of it, 3 different VHS’s and 1 dvd. I’ve probably seen it more then damn near any other PPV.

The first PPV I watched live (I still remember begging my parents to order it) and still probably my favorite WM. Flair vs. Savage was just perfection, and was a great finale to the rise, fall, and redemption of the Savage storyline dating back 4 years. 1992 was such a crazy year, not just what happened on TV but everything that happened behind the scenes that created the chaos. Just this show alone: - HBK vs. Marty was scrapped due to Marty being attested. Thank God he was not arrested.

We just ASSUME Berzerker would have been squashed? Maybe he would have picked Davey Boy up right at the bell, chucked him over the top and won by countout. HUSS! HUSS!

I think this WrestleMania may have been the only one with all the wrestlers having an action figure during the time period (not counting Jakks classics or Mattel). I think Hasbro produced all the guys during the four year run. I’m fairly certain that this and Tuesday in Texas are the only PPVs where every match participant has a figure in the Hasbro line.

We learned after all those years that Tito Santana had a sister and she was at this show. Arriba McIntyre!

I appreciate, because it was in the town I lived/still live in. To say Indianapolis can host WrestleMania once more is a bit of an understatement. When you host Final Fours, the Indy 500, the Super Bowl, and soon the College Football Championship & once more the NBA All-star Game, you got things covered. Sadly, WWE is Keen on rotating through the same locations. I was at Survivor Series 2012 in Indy, and it was such a dead crowd for whats supposed to be one of the bigger shows. Walking out that night one my biggest thoughts was that Indy just screwed themselves out of another Mania. I mean sure there is bidding now, and Mania crowds are normally full of travelers, but the local fans can still make a big impression.

I mean sure there is bidding now, and Mania crowds are normally full of travelers, but the local fans can still make a big impression. To be fair, the last show I went to willingly (I've been to Night of Champions 2016, a RAW, and a SmackDown, with the last SmackDown being this example), fans were like that where people were complaining about others getting too loud or cheerful. We're technically a "casual" city, which puts us in that awkward spot of having the capital to host a WrestleMania, but not having the incentive with the fans, meaning people coming afar will likely be the ones doing all the cheering and stuff. That said, if WWE just focuses on the same locations for WrestleMania, then it's a moot point regardless.
