Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com discussed Lars Sullivan being fined $100,000 for the offensive posts that that were made online several years ago: “Ultimately here’s the situation. There were sponsors that complained and WWE felt that it had to publicly take action and I think they had to take really really strong action to keep him because they didn’t want to fire him. So they had to do something that looked like, ‘we’re really sticking it to him” to keep him and they think a lot of his potential so they fined him $100,000… that’s a lot of money.” “I know some people thought that stuff was not real, the fine’s real.” “I mean they publicly announced the number and they’ve never done that before. I mean there have been guys to get fined. Steve Austin got fined $250,000 if you remember for walking out and Dave Bautista got fined $100,000 for blading when he was told he wasn’t supposed to. Those are the two biggest fines I’ve ever heard. There might be others, but those are the two I’ve heard.” “So this would be tied for the second biggest fine in the history of the company as far as I know.” So wasn't wrong about the Mars thing being the catalyst. What potential?

What potential? he's got the potential to turn that stomach into a chiseled six-pack he's got the potential to turn those guns into pythons he's got the potential to really tighten up those legs and glutes, and then make the trunks skimpier and rub on a little baby oil to better show off that physique

I honestly have no clue why they think the guy has potential. He's not terrible but even in NXT he was never able to make people give a shit about him and they'll seemingly pop for anything.

I agree with everything you said and I am not trying to defend Lars, but I think it is hilarious to point out that Lars has competed in a Meltzer 5 star match already, while Daniel Bryan has yet to do so if I remember correctly.

Idk what some people are reading but Titus didn't accept his apology. This sounds like that Hogan crap when people assumed people were ok with it based on Twitter comments when they still weren't. People can give props for improvement and still not accept an apology especially when it comes to racism.

Vince has been trying to replace Andre since before Andre retired. He made something comparable work with Taker. To a lesser effect he made something with Kane. Then lesser than that with Big Show. Every single giant since then has been a mild to massive bust. Vince will never be satisfied until Andre himself is brought back to life as a cyborg and wrestles Charlotte Flair-Reigns at WrestleMania 63.

And we're still having him out there beating up minorities. Fun.

You know, three big cheers for the audience tonight just watching him do his idiocy in silence. It won't make a difference... this is going to become a Reigns-esque power thing where the WWE keeps pushing Lars because want to show us who's boss... but good for them anyway.
