You'd have to do a creepy proto-Al Snow/Head thing where Ellering believes the dummy is actually speaking to him. At first Hawk and Animal go along with it because of their loyalty to Ellering, but eventually it becomes too much. They fire Ellering, who responds by bringing in a new lunatic heel team, and Ellering and the new guys now worship this demonic mannequin that's telling them to kill LOD.
