*Italian chef kiss* Should have been the finish. Nice match - but I feel wasted somewhat

It was pretty good, not a classic or anything but miles better than what I expected out of it. Best match either one of them's had in ages. My thoughts. V strong world title match that leaves room for a rematch.

Great, great match. My only complaint is that Rollins being reluctant to shake AJ's hand afterword made him look like an asshole. Normally the face champ is the one to offer the handshake as a way of showing what an upstanding guy and respectable champion he is, while his challenger is disappointed in his loss but eventually accepts, and it's a whole big "yay sportsmanship!" moment. Doing it the other way around just makes the champ seem like a dick. But given that Rollins has been unironically claiming that punching Brock Lesnar in the balls is "taking the Beast to the limit," I suppose dickishness is par for the course. TBF, AJ was on some ho shit in the build to this one, including leaving Seth high and dry in a tag match to be pinned by Baron f***ing Corbin. I'd be a little hesistant to shake his hand too, fellow babyface or not.

I'd be a little hesistant to shake his hand too, fellow babyface or not. Fair enough. I didn't actually see the buildup to the match so I'll take your word for it that AJ was indeed on some ho shit and that Rollins' reluctance was justified.
