I'm back to wishing Rey was gone again.
Hopefully Joe gets a move on with the slaughtering of the Guerrero boy.

I think the headline should be "Naked Man wins United States Championship".
And Joe goes back to being a bitch.

I don't have anything against Rey because guy's been great since his return, but my god, I hate the US Championship so much. No one's ever going to get a good run with it are they?

This Rey / Joe feud has been horrifically bad.

Rey Mysterio needs a midcard title in 2019? Seriously, why?

Read that the match was supposed to be much longer but, once again, Rey's knee brace caused an injury. Poor Joe lost an NXT title match like this, missed his first WM on similar fashion as well. Poor Rey, he's not doing this on purpose but damn.

I don't remember what show Joe is on anymore since WWE is a complete mess right now, but at least it frees him up for the Uni/WWE title. Make this man champ before it's too late!

I was in the middle of saying “wow, barely anything happened” when it cut to Joe’s mangled face bleeding all over the place.

They’re just trying to make everyone a grand slam champ. Quick get Ryder the WWE title.

So, what exactly busted Joe's face? Was it just Rey landing ass-first on it?

But they can call him the “ultimate underdog” again! If someone wins the vast majority of their big matches, that’s an underdog right?
I was tired of Rey in 2006. Now I just want him to f*** off.

This Rey / Joe feud has been horrifically bad. Has Joe had a good feud on the main roster? I feel like there's been a lot of feuds that had potential to be good(against Styles, Lesnar, etc.) and either they've been cut short before the gained steam or just been atrociously bad.

I don't especially mind, to be honest.

I haven't seen the match itself (and from what I've read it was nothing to write home about), but I did really enjoy the Joe/Brock build up for Great Balls of Fire.

How has Joe not asked for a Release yet? This run has been horrifically bad and he has basically given them all he has and they're just wasting the time he has left in his prime.

The build-up, which I actually remember was fine, but the match... Which I only partially remember was your typical Brock Lesnar Suplex City affair. If I recall correctly, the start of the match was actually pretty hot with Joe attacking Lesnar before the bell, and putting him thru a table, but after that Brock handled and dispatched of Samoa Joe in quick fashion. I feel like that match could have been so much more than what it was, but it was a wasted "dream match" that left little to no desire to see a follow-up.

Joe’s been booked great, in my opinion. They’ve made him look like a monster, he’s always featured and him losing feuds doesn’t seem to hurt his credibility at all. Not everyone needs to be World Title or bust.
