Mixed feelings. Bayley getting her push back helps soften the blow of a lot of the stuff, but really, the biggest thing that pissed me off from the show was Lars. It was honestly a solid show for the most part, outside of that asinine ending and the Lars shit, but it just grosses me out to see them using Lars so soon.
So, I'm not gone yet, but once AEW's got a weekly show, whatever investment I have in WWE is going to drop like a stone.

In my case, it’s reallh weird. I should have a PhD in giving up. But I stick with WWE. It’s for the times they treat me good.

Because of my work schedule I almost never get to watch the regular shows and honestly I don't feel like I'm missing much. I check out highlights and the occasional PPV and right now that's more than enough for me. The upside is I get to skip crap I don't want to see.

My interest has been shredded time and again, but I'm a creature of habit, and like Statler and Waldorf, will keep coming back every week.

I think that's why most of us who are royally pissed with WWE still watch. Do moments like Kofi's run happen often anymore? No. But the times we get rewarded for our patience are the reasons we refuse to go "They're never going to improve, so nobody should watch anymore." It's going to be a long wait for Triple H to take over but wanting WWE to get battered to death before he can get that chance is not good. With that said, Lesnar's presence is f***ing toxic and it doesn't matter how good everything or everyone else is around him. He has gone past "go away" heat and reached "RETIRE AND NEVER COME BACK" heat.

I would have absolutely no ties for almost two years if not for this place. Been done. Welcome to the party.

Not even close. WWE has been much worse than this.

I tapped out on WWE hard after Mania, hell I barely keep up with NXT anymore. Been watching a lot of MLW and a little CWF Mid Atlantic on YouTube and just reading WWE results. There's so much talent in WWE but so little reason to watch, it's crazy.

Honestly I need to get rid of Raw from my DVR cause I work Mondays, but honestly nothing has sounded exciting from Raw in months. And I’d keep Smackdown, well I will..unless this Wild Card shit stops f***ing with feuds and divisions. Like The Usos are number 1 contenders for titles of the brand they just left? Like wha?
It’s just sooo messy and lame and people keep getting injured and signed to 8 year 5 billion dollar contracts to do nothing like Apollo Crews and idk shit just feels gross. Can’t wait for Double or Nothing and AEW to start.

I've been done for a while. I don't even show up to the live threads and those are always great. It doesn't matter what they do at this point, I don't think I'd ever come back.

I stopped watching the weekly shows years ago when I cut cable. Smackdown might turn into background noise this fall. But the train wreck of Goldberg vs. Undertaker? That looks to awful to miss. Man, I feel ya. Like I said in my OP, I'm not trying to gather the townsfolk with pitchforks or anything. I guess I'm just so sick of wasting "my" time. I respect anybody who hasn't given up or what have you. Its just such a chore for me anymore to watch it. Let alone invest. I miss feeling like I need to tune in because you never knew what was going to happen. Just my opinion, but it's all just so predictable to me anymore.

I would have absolutely no ties for almost two years if not for this place. Been done. Welcome to the party. Thank you, sir. I know my ranking doesn't reflect it, but I've been lurking here since a bad time in my life, back in 2015. Though I rarely post, you guys have brought me so many laughs and good times over the years. I love this place. Whether I agree with members somwtimes or not, I'm always open to hearing the other side of things.

No one is ever truly done. I laughed at this, but only because I know I'm just irritated right now. You do speak truth. Its almost like an abusive relationship. Your friends tell you to leave, but they just don't know WWE like we do. It'll change lol

I have said elsewhere on this forum that I am hanging on by a thread but honestly Bayley and the all women segment where she won the title made me happy, so I can still feel positive about the product

I’ll probably never be completely done. Am I burnt out on it to the point of barely watching any of the weekly TV? Sure. But I still put on the PPV after I’d finished my errands for the day because there’s not much else on at 11am on a Monday (Sydney time).

No. But the times we get rewarded for our patience are the reasons we refuse to go "They're never going to improve, so nobody should watch anymore." For all of the very real ways i complain about the show non-stop, I was already ready to be so overwhelmed by joy by Kofi's win I was afraid I might get a bit teary-eyed and have my friends forever poke fun at me for crying to f***ing Wrestlemania. Nobody is being held captive by WWE, but I think unless what you want is the return of giant dudes who suck, there's always the knowledge and the hope that waiting in the future is things getting better, and that one day the show can be something you love again, because when pro wrestling is on the ball there is nothing in media like it. Sometimes WWE puts on a good show. Sometimes WWE even puts on a great show. If they can do that now in the midst of the show being ruled by a lunatic who's making everyone miserable image how good it can be when the actual core of the show is consistently enjoyable. I didn't catch MITB myself but I saw a lot of people saying the show was even pretty good until the Brock thing happened. People see stuff they like, they see a path to things being good, and the heartbreaking thing is just that they keep feeling burned last minute

I still enjoy more than I don't, safely in the knowledge most of what I enjoy could be better.
I skip the stuff I don't and pretend it didn't happen. I call it 'wasp theory'. If I leave it alone it won't bother me.
There hasn't been a viable alternative that I enjoy since I abandoned TNA when MeM became a thing, so that's not changing for the foreseeable.

Eh, I’ve been done for yonks. The Saudi stuff just pushed me further away. I only really go to bar watching events just for the company and less for the show even.

I don't think I'll ever be truly done, but I haven't watched an entire Raw or Smackdown since late last year. I watch the PPVs, and binge NXT and 205 once a month or so.
