I don't see how getting rid of a ceiling of 9-7 is really a change in the right direction. The team has had 5 winning seasons since Snyder bought the team (three 10-6 seasons and two 9-7 seasons). That is the case despite having one HoF coach and two others getting serious consideration leading the team at different times. The team is 139-185-1 since he bought the team. Believe it or not, there has been only one coach who had a winning record while Snyder was owner (Norv Turner) and he got fired midseason despite his team having a winning record at the time. The problem is the owner, full stop. I never said Dan wasn't the problem. But it seems some people and media wants to take any blame away from Jay and place it all on Synder. Jay has had talented players and underachieved. He was a poor in game coach, never made adjustments and poor clock management. Can't blame that on the owner. Dan Synder does need to hire a GM, step back and let him run the show. I doubt that'll ever happen but with the right coach this team would be in playoff contention. Jay isn't cut out to be a head coach. Front office should of known that. I don't know about that. The team was 6-3 and two games up in their division last season until the team's starting QB broke his leg. Before he had Alex Smith his choices at QB were Kirk Cousins and RG3's shadow. When he had those mediocre options he had mediocre win totals. This team will be putrid no matter who they get to coach it, especially since few coaches who have options will want to coach for them. Then again, I may be biased against them. I dislike the owner, really hate the team name, and merely look at the team as entertainment when they screw up. Honestly, I can't believe they haven't hired Ryan Grigson to a senior position yet. How can they maximize their dysfunction if they don't do that?

The Skins will never be a threat as long as Snyder is there. Sure, they might sneak into the playoffs on a rare occasion, but they will be one and done in those.

Honestly, the Redskins need a hard reboot.
Go ahead and trade Williams, especially if you get an offer for at least a 1st and 2nd. At this point you know he is no value to you as a team and the longer you hold onto him the less valuable he becomes.
Go ahead and accept offers for Ryan Kerrigan. He's still pretty valuable to the right contender but will not be around when the Racialslurs finally right this ship, so get while the getting is good.
You won't get good value for them, but take what you can get for Josh Norman and Vernon Davis. Neither will be around for a rebuild either. Hell, if anyone offers anything midround for Keenum you should take that as well.

The Skins need Snyder to be exposed as a Sterling-level racist and he gets kicked out of the NFL.

The Racialslurs have signed TE Hale Hentges, which is a little disappointing. The Colts definitely wanted to resign him to the PS to possibly bring back to the main roster when the chance presented itself.

I’d like to publically thank (again) the Arizona Cardinals for gifting the 49ers Nick Bosa.

Baker: 8/22/100 yards, 2 INT.
Booger: "Kind of an up-and-down night for Baker"
The hell was the 'up'?

Antonio Clown wants his deposition from his landlord case blocked because it could affect his other cases.
Dude, everybody knows you're a f***ing man-child. People seeing how you acted in court isn't going to be surprising.

Colts have a bye this week, but that doesn't matter to me because the DOLPHINS are back in action!

Lord that game tonight was atrocious. The Niners ate the Browns OL for dinner.

Almost as if having a solid QB and a strong reciever core means nothing without a competent O-Line. Gotta hold onto this L, Cleveland.

I've never seen someone panic as quickly as Baker does when his first read isn't open. He's got to process information faster and stop scrambling to the same exact part of the field. Bosa with one last sack after the game.

Man, with all the talent they assembled in the off-season, I don't know who possibly could have envisioned this Browns season collapsing so suddenly? Wait a second... Baker Mayfield obviously learned nothing from Jalen Ramsey putting his foot in his mouth last summer, then getting embarrassed on an almost routine basis during the 2018 season. Although it's not as foolish as Ramsey calling out seemingly every quarterback in the league and then getting trashed by Josh Allen of all people, Mayfield should learn that very little positive comes from putting someone else's name in your mouth. There's a lot going on that leads me to believe the Browns are in for a rude awakening this season. They're everyone's darlings, everyone's blowing smoke straight up their collective keesters, and they've done very little to warrant it. Meanwhile, their division has proven winners like Baltimore and Pittsburgh just sort of waiting in the weeds while everyone crowns Cleveland. As I've said in the past, if the Browns get off to a cold start, something like 1-3, the wheels could come off this thing in a hurry. There's a lot of personalities on that team that could clash quickly if things go south. Browns fans and the media in Cleveland have been desperate for a winner since the franchise returned in 1999 and this appears to be the closest thing to a winner that the Browns have ever had, so if things start off poorly, there's going to be a lot of loud voices wondering what's going wrong. As I've said, I could see the Browns winning 11 games and the North division. But if they start something like 0-2 or 0-3, I could just as easily see it spiraling out of control and the team finishing something like 7-9. They've got talent for days but this is the first time they've all been put together as a pre-ordained winner, and as we saw best with the 2011 Eagles, you don't automatically advance to the Super Bowl just because you won the off-season. Earlier this off-season, I was on board with the Browns as a sneaky pick to win the AFC North. I thought they were an improving team that made a lot of savvy moves and on top of that, I felt like Pittsburgh and Baltimore both took a bit of a step back, either due to losing key players or just age starting to catch up to them. But I feel like there's been entirely too much hype foisted on the Browns for the past few months (really ever since the Odell Beckham Jr. trade) and it feels like the crushing weight of expectations might potentially be too heavy of a burden for them. This is a team that went 7-8-1 last year and showed tremendous signs of improvement, but the next hurdle - the one from also-ran to playoff contender - is the hardest to clear. I could easily see them winning the division just as much as I could see them pulling a 2011 Eagles (aka "The Dream Team") and finishing .500 or worse. Things rarely pan out for the champions of the off-season.
