With the Network having so much of a focus on obscurities and 80s regional stuff (ie, MACW) lately, it makes me wonder, who exactly is in charge of the network to put the focus on this stuff? Not that I'm complaining of course.

Vince thinks Hunter runs it, but Hunter thinks Vince runs it. In actuality, the Network is built on an old piece of software Joey Styles left on his work computer after leaving the company.
The Network is a self-sustaining AI, programmed by scouring the Internet to find what viewers want the most. Unfortunately, it got stuck on r/squaredcircle and forums like FAN, which is why it's presently a mix of old wrestling and Alexa Bliss docs.
