The two I’ve listened to that I enjoyed the most are for The Twilight Zone and Saved by the Bell. They are The Twilight Pwn and Go Bayside, respectively.
I’d love to find a series that I could watch and then listen to a podcast with as I go. However I fear my tastes may be too obscure or high to allow this.
I tried with Tales from the Darkside. While I love the original show the only podcast about it that covers the full series is hot garbage. I tried as I knew I was lucky just for there to be a podcast covering it, but it is just too awful.

Not a TV show per se, but I highly recommend checking out The Worst Idea Of All Time's second season where they watch Sex and the City 2 for 52 weeks. It's a fascinating listen into two men desperately trying to find something to cling to when faced with repeated viewings of a bastardised cash grab of a genuinely good show.

The Good Place has an excellent official podcast (called The Good Place: The Podcast) that is almost entirely comprised of members of the cast.

When you think about it, Raw and Smackdown. Just think of the many podcasts reviewing those shows we get.

I used to listen to a King Of The Hill podcast, but it’s long defunct. It was called Kings Of The Hill.
