So I guess it's a virtual parade this year?

And 2020 continues to blow. At least the Yankees lost.

Hopefully for the sake of the NBA it bounces back next year from an absolutely embarrassment of a playoff series. Nobody in the stands and nobody watching. A championship that saw anywhere from 1/2 to 2/3 of the fans deciding not to bother watching.

With Danny Green winning his third title tonight, his alma mater North Carolina has 35 total NBA championship rings. Most of any other school in history.

Let me give shout out to Frankie V
The man was the 3rd choice to coach this team and basically was told just be happy to have the job and given a coaching staff that was not even his choices.
This team could have completely imploded with no one respecting him and just not buying into his coashing and defensive mentality and crumbled with Kobe's tradgic passing but he got them all on the same page and buying into the defense first mentality and kept them together and playing the way he needed them to play.
Alot of others will get the credit but Frank Vogel deserves so much more credit than he has gotten IMO.

4 rings for LeBron. Nobody deserves it more. It seems like every facet of his life is put into trying to win a ring in the NBA. Changed his entire body type when even other HOFers would be over the hill at this point. He's winning Finals MVP. Stark contrast.

Great job to the NBA with the bubble league. It was a long 3 months for the players and the staff, especially being away from their families for most of the time, but they ended up with zero positive tests the whole way through. Hopefully some of the other sports leagues can learn from that.

One of the greatest to ever do it Even with him having lost half a step heβs still killing people on the court. Itβs going to be sad when he retires

He will most likely never be my favorite player of all time and I still will choose some names in front of him for my preferred players but their is no doubt he somehow exceeded the crazy hype he had in his career For someone to be compared to Jordan from jump and actually come close to matching him in terms of accolades and exceed his stats is some shit you really got to think about

I normally despise the Lakers (which is a weird contrast to me being a LeBron James fan), but this postseason I was rooting for them after everything that went down following Kobe and Gianna Bryant's deaths. Also nice to see some guys like Dwight Howard and Anthony Davis finally get some rings.
I'll still hate them once LeBron moves on or retires, but I'll tolerate them until then. It's an absolute pleasure to watch one of the greatest to ever play the sport still be a beast even at the twilight of his career.

Lebron is so special. To me, he is 1B to Michael's 1A. I can make my GOAT argument, but not tonight I just want to celebrate excellence at it's highest. Leading the league in assists at 35, having powerful people wish him ill, to speak out against injustice, to have so many want to see him lose, and still winning. Still being the best on the court at all times.
He has broken every playoff record, and he is on his way to breaking more. A triple double to close out a team in the championships? Insane.

That must suck to have to live up to this thing that everyone else but you built up. If he was even a Vince Carter, people would still be talking about how he failed to live up to the hype. One of my favorite players of all time.

Moving onto the draft, I wonder who falls to Charlotte. Edwards, LaMelo, and Wiseman seem to be in the same tier to most.
