Yeah, any reactions this early are hyperbole and overreactions. Both positive and negative. Except that Dewayne Dedmon fxxxxing sucks. Because that ain’t changing. It may cost them a 1st round pick but Kings are past the point of worrying about that at least for a year. Trade a pick and put a top 5 protection on it if anything |

Kings balked at the price. It would definitely be harder now that the Kings have to match salary though. |

Dedmon isn't a great defender, but if very efficient offensively qnd is an ideal stretch big to eat up 15-24 a night. The problem is he was the bridge to Giles, but Giles is out again. His shot isn't falling (15% lower than last year), but it's a small sample size. Conley is also ice cold in Utah, but it's way too early to panic.

He's meant to be a complimentary piece but he has to be a main factor due to injuries so Dedmon may be playing above his threshold for a while until they acquire another Center as even if they get back Giles, due to his injuries he is still going to be on "load management" Conley will be fine long term but yeah he's super cold. He's not being him |

Probably but I can't blame them in this regard It does seem a little unfair to try to throw a wedge in that relationship this early Seems like the writers are ready for anything small to write about. An unspecified outburst in China is all they got besides him declining to wear a device that gathers biometric data Kyrie is temperamental but they have to be a bit fair to him as well. It comes across minuscule if we don't know what the China stuff was all about |
