But honestly, as much as it sucks for Gordon, I have a hard time leaving this with a sour taste in my mouth because the dunk contest was the best thing in 20-25 years in the ASW. Oh nah I mean someone lost but f*** it, still the best dunk contest in forever Gordon has gotten robbed twice which is crazy as he's up there with some of the best performers of all time

Well, that sucks. But there's also a chance he would have called it quits after a win as well. It's always a crapshoot on what guys are gonna do this every year. That's how someone like Dwight got back in (tho he still has hops). But it does suck that he should have at least had a co-trophy tonight and another one in the bag.

Wade was calculating the final score to see what it would take to give Jones the win.
For the sake of transparentcy can we have judges who are not affiliated with any of the contestants?
Just a thought.

Just a thought. I donβt think they will. It was more so just a perfect storm cause Wade just retired and he knows some of them personally and obviously had a rooting interest. The fact that he got booed at home in Chicago should say enough

They not even calling Wade out on giving his man the crownΒ He def cheated He was the swing vote, but Parker and that dude both voted 9s on the last dunks. What the f*** were they watching? Candace gave Gordon a 10. What's being reported is that the judges wanted it to be a tie, and they'd go to judge's decision. Wade f***ed it up. You can see Common just glaring a hole through him after the scores are revealed. Wade was supposed to give a 10, but gave a 9. Candace and Common have both said it was supposed to be a tie.

Especially if going to a judge's call, someone would have to win eventually so just score it differently from jump because you're gonna decide it anyway.

Yea, Wade already said earlier they had agreed on a score when they gave Dwight a 50, so I don't see why they couldn't agree on a score there or for the last round in general
