He is what he is. He came in as 24/25 year old rookie with pro ball experience already. There wasnβt much room development to be had, imho. I mean, Bojan has developed. Indeed. And Iβm not saying there isnβt any room to improve and refine his game, but I donβt think he has the upside a lot of Kings fans like to pretend he has.

Pacers are 3-0 in Orlando.
They're definitely losing to the Lakers but it's worth noting.

Sucks about JJJ. He still has only scratched the surface of his potential. I can see him as a 23/7/4 player in the future with very good blocks. He's such a good defender already and doesn't even turn 21 for another month.
Heat beat the Celtics tonight. I still feel like they're the 2nd best team in the East. They're so deep, they play very good defense, and I really buy into Butler and Bam as a duo. They match up well with Milwaukee. Bam on Giannis, Butler on Middleton. Oh and their unis are f***in hot. Philly has a number of issues, as does Boston. And I just don't buy into Lowry and VanVleet in much bigger roles without Kawhi. Good players, yes. But they're both streaky, especially FVV. His FG% and 3% are crazy similar to Lonzo.

His only weakness is being called a scapegoat. It's his achilles heel.

Spurs are up by three at the half over the Nuggets. Iβm so impressed with the bubble Spurs.

I still think they need a clean restart with some lottery picks to get this team back to championship level but if you give Pop time with a team, he will have the team ready to play

I still think they need a clean restart with some lottery picks to get this team back to championship level but if you give Pop time with a team, he will have the team ready to play And then they lost by 6 to Denver... While the Spurs are showing promise, the Suns and the Pelicans are starting to get hot and everyone and their mother is pegging the Blazers to win the 8th seed and give a good scare to the Lakers. Their margin of error is getting smaller and a schedule of Jazz/Pelicans/Rockets upon them along with Lonnie Walker and Dejounte Murray looking great in San Antonio wins and following that with underwhelming performances in their losses, this can be the turning point of their season. Their 22 year old playoff streak is in danger and the best courses of action would be hoping for Denver to beat Portland, the Kings scoring an upset over the Pelicans and the TJ Warren Revenge Tour going through Phoenix as well as the Spurs beating Utah on Friday to keep themselves with a fighting chance at keeping it alive.

I think this is more so about the young guys getting experience then W's The streak was ending if not for the bubble and extra games and they get to see what they got and who fits in their plans for next season

After the last couple days of sports radio and TV I have one prevailing NBA Opinion:
The defending NBA champs rarely making the conversation on "Who's winning it this year" despite being one of the best teams in the NBA and a #2 seed is both sad and hilarious. I hope they repeat. They have the talent.

I hope they repeat. They have the talent. In NBA history a team almost always has to have at least one top 5 player in the league to win a championship. The Raptors donβt have that. There is one exception, and the Raptors happen to be a damn good comparison, and that is the 04 Pistons. The Raps play insanely good defense and their transition game is excellent. Where they might struggle in the playoffs without a Kawhi type of player is when the game slows down and you need buckets in isolation. I donβt know if Siakam is ready for that role but we will see. Regardless, wouldnβt shock me at all if the Raptors repeat. The bubble is the one place where an upset could happen. Otherwise, the better bet is a team with a top 3-5 player on it, which is why the Raptors get ignored and why the LA teams and Bucks are the only teams getting shine. But yes, the Raptors should be getting more love.

I am happy to see my Hornets moving up in the standings despite no longer playing this season.
