But he scored a lot of points that one time in the regular season, so itβs all good. I still cannot believe that he blocked a shot in that final sequence. Harden is one of the worst defensive players Iβve seen in modern NBA history that is an amazing offensive player. Harden is a good post defender but not a good one on one He chases the ball which his how he gets a ton of steals but in the post because of his strength he can stand his ground and his fast hands allows him to strip the ball from forwards

But yeah, if anybody been listening, it's been said all season in this thread that Miami can cause issues and they are just specifically a bad matchup for Milwaukee
I thought they would be a tough matchup but didn't see them up 2-0 tho I still think Milwaukee wins it in 7
However, if they lose this series in 5 or 6 games, let the Giannis speculation again. You already got a dumb ass like Richard Jefferson asking is Giannis a Pippen. No you idiot, Giannis needs a Pippen
He needs a Bradley Beal in the worst way and just in general needs to continue to work on his shot. Jimmy Butler can't shoot for shit but he's been aggressive getting to the line and his team in general is good in all areas.
Giannis about to get a cold smack in the face. You are a darling in the league until you come up short in the playoffs and now the pressure is on

Giannis is 25 and has finished 7th, 5th, and 4th the last 3 seasons. Giannis is already and elite player which Pippen could be argued was in the year that MJ was retired, but not really at other points in his career. Not better than MJ, Hakeem, Malone, Shaq, Glove, etc. Giannis is a better scorer, way better rebounder, and arguable just as good on D at times and has maybe 4 more years at his phsyical prime. There's a gap there between him and Pip. RJ is fun, but he's definitely wrong here. Giannis is getting keyed on. That's foiled pretty much all the guys on top teams. It's stopped LeBron, it's stopped AD, it's stopped PG, it's stopped Butler, Embiid, KD before GS, Harden, etc.

So, the Nets just signed Steve Nash to be their coach. Great player, great mind for the game, but better players/minds than him have failed as a head coach. Interesting hire though for sure. Could work, could flop.

Give him a player near his caliber

So, the Nets just signed Steve Nash to be their coach. Interesting. Knew he was doing player development but didn't think he wanted to be a coach He has the mind for it but it is dangerous to put a guy with no coaching experience at all on a championship caliber team. Can't say this is an upgrade over Atkinson but feels like a KD/Kyrie move

I want to see Nash rip off the suit to reveal he's dressed and ready to play during a playoff game next year.

What should also be mentioned as I said earlier, Nash worked as a coach in the background with Warriors
So, off jump he already has the trust of KD and no doubt Kyrie has to respect him as well. He comes in with respect so you don't got to worry about your stars trying to go over his head
However, Nash has no X's and O's to his ledger so that's where the growing pains will come

Tyronn Lue looks to be the favorite for 76ers head coaching job They looked like they had so much potential 2 years ago. Now they are basically Minnesota.

Tyronn Lue looks to be the favorite for 76ers head coaching job So, whatβs the actual verdict on him as a coach? I assume heβs more than LeBronβs flunkie because he keeps popping up in rumors and vacancies.

I assume heβs more than LeBronβs flunkie because he keeps popping up in rumors and vacancies. He was never as good a coach as he was hyped to be. He was supposed to be the next big coach in basketball before he got hired with the Cavs LeBron hid a ton of his shortcomings as a coach. Due to his age and the ring he was always going to get another chance but if this don't work he will probably be an assistant coach for life

Yea, easy to forget that NBA can really be sink or swim 76ers peaked a year too early in their development and the aggressive moves they made along with Simmons/Embiid being a bad combo has got them thinking diff A soft reset can fix this team in 2-3 years but I think they keep trying with current crop and f***ing up

That Richard Jefferson take is one of the worst takes I have ever read. Lmao RJ trying to compete with Perkins for who can say the craziest shit Like c'mon, that is so outta pocket and he said it like it was supposed to make you think. Almost every star over the last 20-25 years have gone through this where they can't do it alone The only one who came close was A.I. and he got swept in the finals

Forget about another top 10-20 player, the A.I Sixer's who went to the finals didn't even have a Jason Terry/Jamal Crawford type guy as the 2nd best option on offense.
