The storylines flow so well, one feud leads to the next, the heels actually garner heat. Talent seems to be free to experiment with different things.
Vince should watch it sometime and take some notes

He probably still wouldn't "get it" even if he did regularly watch it.

NXT shows how good WWE could be, but alas.

I hope Vince never watches it because he'd probably be like, "Goddammit pal, here's how we can make this better" and have them book it like an episode of Raw or SD.

NXt has been consistently awesome for the longest time. Good easy to watch TV shows that build to excellent PPV's. A perfect Wrestling show

It's never had its own bubblegum cards, did it? How can you say it's so great if it's never had its picture on bubblegum cards?!

The only thing they've struck out on is trying to make The Forgotten Sons a thing. They are the most generic group I've ever seen, and it seems Jaxon Ryker is not a popular person.

Please keep Vince as far away from NXT/NXT UK as possible.
And yes, it is great. It is simple storytelling, booking and emotion with crowd participation and fantastic matches. Every aspect of the roster is used in a good way. No one is overexposed. It's the shortest show in the WWE and yet uses it's time the best.

This won't be a popular opinion but I found the weekly shows quite dull whenever I watched.

NXT is the only reason I still have my network subscription.

NxT/NxT UK and the archive pre 2001 is the only reason I still have the network.
I genuinely fear when people get called up now having seen how some of those amazing talents have failed on the main roster (not their fault) I want that horrible bastard Tommasso Ciampa and Velveteen Dream to remain in NxT forever, for their own good.

The Takeover’s are excellent. The weekly program often feels “meh” though.

NXT is the only reason I still have my network subscription. FYI, Hulu has NXT, including the Takeover specials. Strongly considering dropping it and just signing up for Rumble through Mania.

The only thing they've struck out on is trying to make The Forgotten Sons a thing. They are the most generic group I've ever seen, and it seems Jaxon Ryker is not a popular person. CJ Parker (as a face) and Elias tanked in NXT too. NXT works because it only has to cater for hardcore fans, and doesn't have to listen to any outside pressure from sponsors and TV networks. They can have mismatches and spend time getting newcomers over, without worrying whether half the audience is going to switch over. They don't have to suddenly feature people every week because the TV network demands those that pull in ratings. They can do everything they know that hardcore fans like, but casual viewers don't, because it's all self contained.

Being taped helps. Last set of tapings, they taped something like 8 or 10 weeks of shows. They’re 100% committed to those angles and that PPV unless someone goes down to injury. No changing your mind week to week
