I still have some of my CD collection I started in 1998. My car has a CD player and MP3 port and while I mostly listen to podcasts and MP3s sometimes I’ll pop in a CD. I keep around a dozen or so in my car and switch some out every so often.
Speaking of MP3s I have some from as far back as 2003 that I’ve managed to keep. Not quite 20 years old, but I’m sure they’ll get there.
I have a few band shirts from 8th grade I can still fit into (I’m actually smaller now than I was then). This would’ve been around 2000-2001. I think I have some Nike shirts that are even older but I’d have to dig them out. I don’t really wear the band shirts except if I’m running really low on fresh clothes and need something to work out in. Also, sometimes I think of cosplaying as myself from around 1999 or so. I have one picture where I kind of did that a few years ago, but to get the full effect I’d have to grow out my hair again and wear some flannel.
Lastly, I had a wallet that had a pretty good run. I used it from around 1999-2016. It didn’t quite make the 20 year mark. I could still use it but it was really falling apart by the time my girlfriend got me a replacement.
RIP my wallet 1999-2016

I won my PS2 at my high school graduation party, and it's still the console I use the most.

lets see...
got my green doc marten boots back in 98. And still wear them.
My Vhs Vcr I got in 99 and still use it.
I am sure I got at least a few shirts from 97 or so that I still wear.
The Atari 2600 I have at home was bought in 1985. And some of my games for the system are from around that time.
Now I sold it about 4 years ago. But since May of 1992 I have owned a 1984 Oldsmobile Delta 88. By about 2004 I didn't drive it much. Mostly cause it is a major gas hog, gets 16 MPG in town and maybe 20 on the highway. But it is so comfortable to drive. Feels like you are sitting in a recliner. Ended up selling it to a close friend in 2015. And He still drives it to work every day.
I got piles of CDs I bought between 90 and 96 that I still listen to often.
Now that I think about it the dvd player I keep in the spare bedroom is the one I bought in 99. It still works. But might get used maybe 2 times a year.

My Starter jackets. I have a zippered one with the logo on the chest and sleeve, and a pullover Steelers jacket. The latter is especially useful in winter; it’s thick and keeps me warm.
My CD collection. Some of them are in their original cases, and some are in a big binder with those see-through sleeves. Even though I primarily stream, sometimes it’s nice to put a disc in and thumb through the booklet. Not to mention, it’s a great backup during an Internet outage.

I held onto my original NES,I got it in 86,until about 2005. Didn't know you could buy new pin connectors easily back then. So I got a NES top loader. Used that for years. Then gave it to my youngest son when he got into "OLD" video games. Currently to play NES games I have a Retron 5.

The only problem I have with it is the coaxial cable connection doesn't work anymore, I have to hook it to my TV using the AV inputs.

WOW most NES model 1s need a new pin connector. Fixing the coaxial connector shouldn't be that hard or expensive.

I've got a couch, glassware and cutlery that my parents have likely had longer than I've been alive.

My grandparents still have the fridge they bought when they moved here in the 60’s. It lives in the cellar, but it’s lasted through who knows how many other fridges in the kitchen.
They got it when you bought a fridge and then you were done buying fridges for life.

I'm still using the same plates, bowl & cutlery that I eat with for as long as I can remember.

I have a couple of airbrushed t-shirts that date back to the mid-90s (Street Fighter II themed) that I still wear.
I have a couple of PS1 games that I still play on a backward-compatible PS2 Slim.
Got a couple of collapsible laundry baskets that are still used for that purpose. You can still find em online, but they're $60 apiece...

Hmmm my TV and radio both are close, about 18 years old. My bed is the same bed I slept in as a child. I still wear some shirts from then too. My grandparents still have the fridge they bought when they moved here in the 60’s. It lives in the cellar, but it’s lasted through who knows how many other fridges in the kitchen. They got it when you bought a fridge and then you were done buying fridges for life. I have one of those too. It came with the house when my parents moved in in the 80s, I have no idea how long the neighbors had it, but it still runs really well.

I have a lamp and bookcase that came with me from my parents' house, which date back to the late 80s/early 90s. There's also some board games in my loft from when I was a kid (90s) that still get used on occasion.

They got it when you bought a fridge and then you were done buying fridges for life. Appliances used to be built to last forever. That's why so many of them from the 40'a-70's are still in use today.
