Lately, I’ve been making my own super simple fish fillet sandwiches.
I get a bag of 12 Groton fillets either the beer battered kind or the crunchy ones. I only use two of the fillets at a time as together you can sort of making a square with them. I just coat a small pan with a little oil then put them in. I set the oven to 475 and they are done within 10 minutes or so and come out nice and crispy.
Meanwhile towards the end I’ll toast the closest thing I have to bread. Lately, I’ve been using bagels and today I actually tried out a plain pancake.
After the fish and bread/bagel/pancake/whatever is done I’ll use a slice of cheese. I even tried using one slice of cheese at the bottom and one on top, but probably best to stick to one slice of cheese as I’m sure that’s fattening enough.
I’ve never actually used tartar sauce on it before, but I guess you could.
One of these a day can be slotted in great for a fast lunch or dinner. Even better when veggies are added to the side. It literally takes 10 minutes is very filling.

Fried Egg Sandwich is my "you have 5 minutes for a hot meal" champion
Sometimes with cheese, sometimes on a bun, sometimes on bread, sometimes with various mustards... and sometimes wrapped in a tortilla with tapatio so it's not a sandwich at all but close enough dammit.

Super lazy: Chicken skin chicharon, or maybe butchiron (chicken's crop chicharon), eaten with rice. Just the right amount of salty and crispy to go with some hot rice.
Lazy but requires frying: bacon and rice. For extra effort, add a sunny side up and put it on top of the rice. Slowly making your way to the yolk as you eat is important.
There's also some cheap tonkatsu sold on supermarkets. No effort, just fry for like 10 minutes and you're done. Use it for a sandwich, or eat it with rice.
Canned tuna fried rice. Heat some oil, add chopped onions, add tuna, add rice, add egg. Done. Well, technically I usually add some chili, bit of butter and soy sauce as well.
