Defining moment of the careers of both Thanos and Galactus. My god is that art awful. It perfectly suits the quality of the writing or lack thereof.

I enjoyed the Unbeatable Squirrel Girl comic. Not every comic needs to be super serious, and while I can’t say I follow Marvel comics too closely, as far as I know what happened in Squirrel Girl never had any real implications in the main stories. It was just a fun, goofy, borderline non-canon comic

This writing was quite popular for it's time and saved the book once or twice from cancelation I will acknowledge that I have not read the book and am judging it on the panels presented above. Seeing Galactus yukking it up doesn't inspire me to think the writing was worth the time of day. I enjoyed the Unbeatable Squirrel Girl comic. Not every comic needs to be super serious, and while I can’t say I follow Marvel comics too closely, as far as I know what happened in Squirrel Girl never had any real implications in the main stories. It was just a fun, goofy, borderline non-canon comic I'm all for goofy fun. I am totally on board with not every comic needing to be superserious. It can be a breath of fresh air when they're now. However, some of Squirrel Girl's antics have been brought up in comics that are very much canon, particularly her victory over Doctor Doom which even in the moment made zero sense. It would be like if Stilt-man defeated Thanos or if Flat-man defeated Phoenix. Entities that have brought entire teams of the top superheroes to a standstill or worse.
They managed to give Dazzler some dubious wins in her personal series but it was always played as a fluke or in a way that didn't entirely undermine the credibility of the characters she got one over on.
Freaking Cannonball beat Gladiator once, but it was in a way that made sense and would never work again.
I love when comics get lighthearted and silly, but they share a universe with more serious comics as well and something that is important in any comics universe is internal consistency. It's what makes any of this engageable. There are plenty of poorly written Marvel comics, but by and large there are certain rules or truths to how things work within the universes that make up Marvel comics.

Honestly would have read the comic if it hadn't been to the terrible art. Just everything looked very distorted and morphed. Like, what the hell is that 2nd panel?

I actually really dig Unbeatable Squirrel Girl but the art is definitely an acquired taste.

It’s a ballsy for a movie company to release their entire slate years in advance leading to End Game and the only thing that changed was Inhumans became a tv series and they got the rights back to Spider-Man.
This Saga has been such a mess. From no team up to end phase four. To juggling multiple themes (afterlife, young avengers, multiverse/timelines etc.)yet the films feel like they have no impact on each other, trying to make the Disney plus shows as important as the movies, new characters disappearing for five years at a time, them thinking eternals was going to be some Oscar bait hit. Granted there’s been a pandemic and a couple major strikes. But it’s like night and day compared to phase one.
But then again Disney couldn’t figure out a three movie Star Wars arc ahead of time so nothing should surprise me.

I think the Disney plus content probably should have been the phase IV movies and the TV content repurposed as the films.

It looks like someone remade The Craft for middle-aged women.

{Spoiler} Still holding out hope we get a swerve and this isn't Billy/Wiccan and it turns out to be Nicholas Scratch. I just think introducing Wiccan as a separate character is far too messy and takes away from the character. A long lost evil son angle is more in keeping with the soap opera 'OMG' moments associated with this Agatha

I loved Wandavision and Agatha was one of the clear highlights of it but that trailer just looks, like... Really, really bad? It might just be a matter of the way it's framed - offhand how they seem to be completely disguising the musical element - but a lot of the line readings sound really awkward (and a lot of the lines sound very clunkily written in the first place), the effects are dodgy as hell, and the whole thing comes off incredibly scattershot in what actually the point of this show is supposed to be.

Yeah, they had three and a half years to follow up on WandaVision, and this was it?

So Feige was asked about if we’d still see Kang in the next round of Avengers and he gave the interviewer credit for being the first to flat out ask him and then gave him self credit for continuing to evade the answer.

If anything, he's making whatever choice they make worse.
