As far Blade goes IMO I have thought from the start that the entire purpose is to use it to introdouce Blades daughter into the MCU and have her take up the mantle and not really about Blade himself because it seems atleast to me Marvel is going in a very heavy all female taking up previous mantles direction right now.

Shuri Kate Bishop Jane Foster Thor Ms Marvel She-Hulk IronHeart Maybe, but Blade is only happening because Ali wanted to play the character. Feige said they didn't really have any plans, but when a two-time Academy Award winner calls up and says he wants to be Blade, he can be Blade. With Moon Knight confirmed, rumours of Bernthal's Punisher coming back, and confirmed plans for using Ghost Rider sooner rather than later, I think it's most likely we'll be getting a version of the Midnight Sons.

Wasn’t there supposed to be more Marvel stuff tonight? I feel like I heard there was supposed to be more than one trailer.

I heard we were suppose to get like 4 trailer drops...one of them was supposedly to be the first teaser for The Eternals. Either some goofed or Disney was all....we gonna make'em wait longer.

The dancing around Black Widow being theaters-only or being on Disney Plus is getting kinda old now. Would love to hear official word on it.

The word I heard was the SB commercial was going to double down on the theater release date and no surprise Disney + release shenanigans. But no commercial so here we are.

My guess/hope is that Disney has not committed in full on what to do with Widow in regards to whether D+ or theatres-only release, hence why no ad.

Why shell out a huge amount of money for advertising time when it’ll gain hype, maybe even more so, by being dropped at other times.

My guess/hope is that Disney has not committed in full on what to do with Widow in regards to whether D+ or theatres-only release, hence why no ad. It's definitely a tough call; do you release Black Widow in theaters, risking not only further spreading the coronavirus (and the PR nightmare coming with that), but losing money when people won't see it because going to movie theaters is still a horrible idea. Or do you release it on Disney+, losing out on boatloads of money with repeat viewings and after Mulan probably put a dent in the "pay $30 extra to watch this one movie" model? I mean personally, I don't really see any difference just doing what WB did with Wonder Woman 1984 where if you want to view it on the big screen, cool, or just watch it at home which has the added benefit of cutting down potential crowds as they don't have to go to theaters.

No doubt they’ll be looking to see how the vaccines work in terms of reducing severe illness and transmission, with the early data out of Israel looking promising. I think May might be a bit too early, but I reckon if Black Widow and Shang-Chi got pushed to July and September respectively (with Eternals keeping its November date) then Disney would be in a much better position.
