Just bought a nice signed Brady jersey. Only cost me 110 with shipping How did you got one that cheap? I’m guessing people are dumping stuff with covid and needing money. It has a picture of a certificate of authenticity that I verified as legit. I was shocked to see it too and couldn’t buy fast enough.

2 stories about Piece of the Past :
a father and his daughter went to his stand , he tried to hit on the underage daughter , his breath smells like garbage and talking to him re : authenticity of items is like talking to a wall
I also heard that someones Rocky Horror items (worth 700$ !) went "missing" , PotPs owner is also a RH fan, hmmm
He also claimed my Batman items went missing then a few yrs later i saw someone trying to sell them on ebay , nice try but no cigar
I think theres a connection between PotP and Hwood Show (blaming each other back and forth , trying to confuse the customer) , i would not buy from either ever again !

Quote about Elkouby , now current owner of HCS : Thieves. I entrusted them with some very rare autographed photos of the cast of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. There aren at least a dozen signatures on each including the principle actors and most of the Transylvanians, at least 4 of them have died since signing these. Star World did a "private signing" with Tim Curry. We were able to drop off items we wanted signed, so I dropped off my stills and a poster along with a $300 in cash to have Tim Curry sign my items. Well, the stills got "lost" and "disappeared." The owner of Star World told me that the man he entrusted them to, "KEVIN MARTIN", arranged the signing with Curry. Martin was given the items. Martin claimed to the owner of Star World that they "went missing". Strangely, my poster didn't go missing. I am the co-author of the book Rocky Horror - From Concept to Cult. Incidentally the owner of Star World told me that KEVIN MARTIN is a huge Rocky Horror Picture Show fan. I'm not saying... I'm just saying. So Star World says they don't have my stills. Kevin Martin told Star World the he doesn't have my stills. Who has autographed pictures? Some thief" www.yelp.com/biz/starworld-los-angeles

Kevin Martin authored an autograph books that I really liked in the late 90s or early 2000s though most info didn't pan out since some ttm autographs eventually came out as secretarial. Still, a good book for the time. But Autograph Live, a website that evolved from Autograph Magazine has a lot of stories about Kevin's shadiness in autograph dealing.

How do you get all these signed? Do you mail them? Some yes, others were in person. Most are bought online.

Holy heck, you've a whole library of these Ani! Cool. Thanks! There's 183 (not counting the 3 2020 ones that will be inducted in 2021) different possibilities on the gold plaques. I'm pretty much at the "the rest cost $100 or more" level now though so this will slow somewhat a bit. The top 4 are all about $1000 or more each. Those toughies are: Jackie Robinson (mostly signed on back and was nearly blind last few years of his life.) Jimmie Foxx (Only two years to sign and mostly signed on back.) Goose Goslin (Had a bad experience after induction and hated his plaque. Almost all signed on back.) Dave Bancroft (THE holy grail. Already very ill after induction and he didn't attend. Died year later. Estimated 95% of them are forgeries)

Anyone know where I might be able to get a Pete Marovich autograph? It's eluded my Dad for years and I'd really like to make father's day special.

Best bet is probably a sports auction site like Lelands or Heritage. Still do your research though. One thing I can tell you is that most are signed Pistol Pete and have a bible verse on them. Also check certified cuts on Ebay from companies like Upper Deck but again, still do your research. They have placed fake cuts because they just bought and cut them into the cards.
