A tip for Exeter. Give up with this playoff nonsense and concentrate on gaining automatic promotion. It's clear that Exeter and playoff finals are a bad combination!

Bruno Fernandes is looking like an inspired signing by Man Utd. Their form has greatly improved since his signing. A Champions League place doesn’t look out of the question now especially considering Leicester’s form hasn’t been great since the restart.

A Champions League place doesn’t look out of the question now especially considering Leicester’s form hasn’t been great since the restart. It's insanely frustrating. He was interested in coming to us last summer, Sporting were happy to do business last summer, we knew we needed a creative spark in attack, we had the money, but rather than do the logical thing and snap him up we spent the whole summer concentrating on offloading players and waited until we were mired in mid-table before we acted. We wouldn't have caught Liverpool, but I'm sure we'd be 10-15 points better off and have Champions League qualification safe in the bag by now.

More stats that shows how dominant Liverpool have been this season. Apart from Manchester City every other team in the league is mathematically closer to the relegation zone than they are to first place, simply mental.
Secondly, Joe Gomez has lost 2 games under Klopp at Liverpool as part of the starting 11. The same number of games he lost at the club starting under Brendan Rogers. He joined Liverpool 4 months before Rogers was sacked.

Got to give a shoutout to Wolves, who've lost fewer games (6) than City, United, Leicester, Arsenal (all 8), and Chelsea (9). Santo has put together an extremely tough team, and they've got a really strong chance for a Champions League spot.

Also pour one out for Joe Hart, seemingly on the football scrapheap at the tender age of 33 after being let go by Burnley.

I hope Wolves make the Champions League they are always fun to watch.
Leicester lose at Everton 2-1 so they still haven’t won since the restart & with Man U & Wolves breathing down their necks for that Champions League place.
Thumping wins for Arsenal and Newcastle over relegation threatened Norwich & Bournemouth. 4 nil & 4-1.

Looking at our remaining fixtures (Bournemouth, Villa, Southampton, Palace, West Ham, Leicester) and the form we're in, I think it's not unrealistic for United to finish with at least 65 points. Wolves will get at least 62 points, probably more. With Leicester on the slide and Chelsea battling along, the race for third and fourth places will certainly be exciting.

Those all look winnable fixtures for Man U if they keep this form up definitely. Leicester need to get themselves together and quickly.

Wolves are one damn fine attacking side. Moutinho, Jota, Neves and Neto are all very good and Traore and Jimenez are sometimes unplayable. Traore is quick, can dribble, one of the best crossers around and is built like a brick shithouse. Keeping hold of him will be tough.

Big win for West Ham 3-2 against Chelsea. Both Chelsea & Leicester lost today making the race for the top 4 even more interesting.
West Ham the first team from the bottom 5 to win a game since the restart.

Also pour one out for Joe Hart, seemingly on the football scrapheap at the tender age of 33 after being let go by Burnley. Rumour is he's off to Celtic, so he should at least add some silverware to his mantle piece before he's done. He was the best England had to offer at one point, but he'd definitely become a liability in recent years unfortunately.

After that the cracks in his game started to show, and by 2016 they were gaping holes compounded by his mental fragility. People love to blame Guardiola for ruining him, but the truth is he was already rapidly declining before Pep ever set foot in Manchester. Still, Celtic would be a good fit for him. Scotland, the Championship, and MLS has been about his level for a couple of years now.

He was certainly aided by England's lack of depth in terms of Goalkeepers for a period it has to be said, but yeah, as good as he could be on his day, he always had a gaping error in him too. As an England fan, he gave me the fear when he was between the sticks and it came as a great relief when Jordan Pickford took the number 1 shirt from him. But, having said that, he's achieved more than just about any other English Goalkeeper has in generations so he certainly deserves some props, even if his career has dropped off somewhat since his heyday.

West Ham blowing the Champions League race wide open. Thank you David Moyes. Today was maybe David Moyes’s biggest ever win for Manchester United.

My worry is Pickford seems to be heading in the same direction. His stock has dropped dramatically in the last year or so. Though not as bad as Jack Butland. Holy shit.
