That remake of MOTU from the mid 2000s was absolutely awesome and I wish we could get more episodes of that ala Young Justice.

I hope there's an episode where they play Hockey on the top of Castle Grayskull
He Man: "Are there any balls down there?"
Skeletor: "About the biggest pair you've ever seen, Dingleberry! Heh heh heh, heh heh!"

Heard a rumour today (apparently coming from the former writer of Darkwing Duck for BOOM Comics) {Spoiler}Teela will have a female love interest, and the focus of the show is more on them than Adam or He-Man

That sounds like way too far a departure from a show that Kevin Smith has been hyping as "the epic conclusion to the original He-Man show!" since Power Con.
{Spoiler}He-Man and Teela are one of the oldest "ships" in the fandom. It'd be one thing to add a new character as part of a love triangle, but to have Teela or He-Man actually end up with them would be a gut punch to many older fans. I can't see them doing it.

Is there a specific video/tweet/etc. where they discuss that rumor? I just tried listening to their recent 'Masters vid, but it's mostly about the other new He-Man show that Kevin Smith isn't involved with, and I don't hear anything about this twist being mentioned in that vid. I checked the He-Man forums and even dared to go to /co/, and neither of them are talking about it.
That ClownfishTV channel also doubles as a fearsome clone army of "GET WOKE GO BROKE!" 15-minute angry rant videos, and if you could save me the migraine of wading through all that, I'd be grateful.

Got it. Much appreciated, thanks.
Wow, that is no small claim. I'll be curious to see if Smith confirms what Aaron Sparrow said.
Would be a terrible decision, IMO.

Yeah, Mark Hamill as Skeletor seems like a perfect fit. I'm wondering how far into Joker territory he'll go with the voice.
Kevin Conroy as Batman though is the one I'm most interested in. Conroy is of course a legendary VA, but he is not known for his range. If you cast him as a voice, it's because you want that character to sound like Batman, there really is no other reason. So are they gonna put Conroy's voice through treatment to sound like a gurgling fish-person? Or is Mer-Man just supposed to sound like Batman now? Because that honestly would be kinda a fun gag.

While he doesn't show it much as Batman, Conroy probably has more range than we give him credit for. I mean, via TAS, he was one of the few Batman actors who did a slightly different voice between Bruce Wayne and Batman (that died down a bit after the redesign, but still).
