They kept saying that this was a rubber match and then that Page won the 3 match series between Pac and Page. Are they counting the tag match between Page & Omega/Pac & Moxley as match #2 in this series? Weird if so.

Nah, when PAC couldn't make All Out they instead did the first Hangman vs. PAC match in the UK, where Page won via DQ when PAC hit a low blow before he could get hit with Deadeye. |

Pretty sure #1 was the match they had in the UK that was what they did in lieu of the Double or Nothing match. Page won that by DQ, hence why this was the rubber match. |
