Oh man, every stage in Predator (NES) is bad, but I'm voting Wave 9 from Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom

Motorcycle stage. Bad Controls + Landmines on the road + You have no idea where the road is supposed to go + One hit and you're killed + too many curves in the road

Motorcycle stage from Taito Last Crusade whips Lost city out of the tournament and this also means we'll have an Indiana Jones game level in the 3rd round
Rooftop from Darkman (Amiga)

Bayou Billy driving stages, makes me wish we've gotten the Mad City (The Japanese Bayou Billy) driving stages instead of these tough as hell driving stages.

Bayou Billy takes out Darkman to move on
Level 1 from Total Recall (Amstrad CPC)

I voted for the Famicom Star Wars Deathstar, the game was already bad, between the Star Wars theme looping throughout most of the game, poor hit detection and then to top it all off, the death star level is a brutally hard MAZE.

I'm voting for the infamous Dam level from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles NES game, especially the underwater section, you have to defuse ALL the bombs within an time limit, well, it's EASIER SAID THEN DONE, Electric seaweed, Lasers and other traps will frustrate you and if time runs out: IT'S an AUTOMATIC GAME OVER (NO Matter how many turtles are left) and if you run out of continues on this stage: YOU WILL HAVE TO START THE WHOLE GAME OVER AGAIN, at least Dildo Dodo (Which isn't as bad a level as you might think) gave you unlimited chances to complete it

TMNT --- that level resulted in so much controller throwing when I was a youngster
it's borderline impossible and bullshit that if you can't beat it within the time limit it's game over

Toad Man was a tough stage but a easy boss (If you know what to do) to make up for the level being difficult www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Nc169hWk54But Alas, I vote 6-2 from Ninja Gaiden

Ninja Gaiden.
I forgot to vote for the Lost City. Apparently nobody here ever had to deal with Fire Elementals or jump into a rope from a narrow ledge with no margin for error and a limited frame rate.

I'm voting for Chapter 3/Episode from One Piece Pirate Warriors 3, while you don't have to do the treasure events to advance to the next episode, they ARE REQUIRED to achieve %100 in the stage but they are tough to get here, add to that, wrong costumes for many of the Straw Hats (And K-T's decision to use the timeskip version of Perona for the game's version of the Thriller Bark arc).
