It’ll be interesting to see what Lamar Jackson does against a real team... instead of whatever the Dolphins are. And speaking of the Dolphins... guess who New England plays next week? Brady’s backup guy will be in to begin the 2nd half.

I really dislike New England's policy of never benching the stars during blow-outs simply because they don't like to admit that they were being bad sports running up the scores during the aftermath of Spygate. I don't think it is worth risking your starters, especially since no one buys the notion that you "just run the gameplan regardless".

Just for fun and to give fans here some reference about how long Tom Brady has been going I looked up who the WWF (not WWE yet) champions were on the day of Brady's first start, September 30th 2001.
WWF Champion: Kurt Angle IC Champion: Christian WWF Tag Team Champions: The Dudley Boyz European Champion: The Hurricane Light Heavyweight Champion: X-Pac Women's Champion: Chyna (though she had been absent for months)
And since the Invasion was going on:
WCW Champion: The Rock US Champion: Rhyno WCW Tag Team Champions: Booker T & Test Cruiserweight Champion: X-Pac

Man, I'm betting UTree wasn't planning on doing Days of Our Steelers again this year.
Bet we're gonna see Season 2!

The Saints absolutely deserve to lose for running that dumbass stretch play on 2nd and 4.

And the kicker just bummed the PAT, but he’s getting another chance

Wow, what a battle of choke artists.
The Saints defense can't stop the Texans from driving 75 yards in less than 20 seconds.
Ka'imi Fairbairn butchers the extra point.
C.J. Gardner-Johnson runs into the kicker, allowing a second chance for the extra point.

That's a bad call by the ref. Good flop by the kicker though.
