I've spent the past year reading and re-reading all my favorite DC runs and stories as well as reading ones I always wanted to get around to. I'm doing it in chronological order. I'm finally getting current. I'm at the end of New 52/start of Rebirth.

I just read Jim Ross' book Slobberknocker. I also bought Under the Black Hat, haven't started that one yet.

Little Fuzzy - what happens when a world which is deemed uninhabited (and is wholly owned by a corporation) turns out to have sentient beings living on it? The courts have to decide if Fuzzies should be considered ‘people’ or ‘animals’.

The courts have to decide if Fuzzies should be considered ‘people’ or ‘animals’. That sounds like a really interesting idea for a book and you totally just sold me on it with your summery. I'm going to have to check that out.

Kings of the Wyld.
Lighthearted fantasy novel that mixes sword and sorcery with the vibe of classic old school rock and roll. It's really fun.

Lots of pod zines, got in issues of
Grindhouse Purgatory-created by 42nd Street Pete. Covers movies,tv and indie wrestling. Might be writing a piece on deep south indie wrestling in an issue soon.
Explotation Nation-Issue had a long piece of Vaughn Bode. But covers similar stuff to GP but switch out wrestling with comics.
Men of Violence-Zine that covers Men's Adventure novels. Got a all review issue so I can find some new short novels to read.
Sleaze Fiend Magazine-Got this in months ago and never read it. Great piece on the drive ins in MI. Also a reprint of a "Gentlemen's Guide to NYC" from the early 70s.

Convergent Series - Larry Niven is in my top three favorite sci-fi writers. This is a great collection of his short stories.

Started the Three Body Problem by Liu Cixin.
Fantastic hard sci fi.
Having a hard time getting through book 3. I do most of my reading during downtime at work and it’s been work-from-home.
Never get around to reading at home. Something else always gets my attention first.

Mississippi Wrestling The forgotten Territory by Gil Culkin.
This came out last month is all about the fed the Culkins ran in MS during the mid 70s. Kinda a niche book but I am loving it so far.

Continuing my stack of sci-fi, I just finished "The Mercenary" by Jerry Pournelle. It is a little disjointed but still enjoyable. There are basically three different stories that just loosely go together. And the third story kind of takes a sharp left turn in the last ten pages that left me scratching my head.

I'm such a sucker for books like that. I have the Complete Sherlock Holmes collection in that format, and I've thought of getting Dune also. I started reading The Onion Field last night, and couldn't put it down. I'm already 100 pages in.

I'm trying to finally read through Dune, but I can never get into it. I'm trying the audiobook, but even that is a little dull.
I'm also going through some Adam Cesare and Paul Tremblay books I haven't read. After listening to Lapsed Fan's AWA series, I just bough Larry Nelson's book, so that should be fun.
